Sensational picture quality, easy to navigate

published

We purchased two 65inch Samsung QLED TV's for $1800 each from Harvey Norman. The TV is a smart TV with all the latest technology. The installation of the TV was simply and easy with purchase of a wall mount kit (not included with the TV) making the job a breeze. We connected the TV to a hardwired NBN connection and basically just had to turn the TV on, register the product and the smart TV did the rest. Picture quality is superb, with easy navigation of the remote to all the various apps and channels. If I was to have the slightest negative it would be that the sound could be better... It's good, but I did expect that with a TV of this quality that the sound could be improved particularly when watching movies.

Purchased in January 2021 at Harvey Norman for $1,800.

Variety of apps that could be used which are pre installed. Easy operation of the remote except on its voice sensor. It doesn't sense much. Good and smooth wireless/ bluetooth connectivity. It comes with all needed ports. Worth the bucks!

Wonderful TV, worth the upgrade!

published

I bought this TV after much indecisiveness, the staff talked me into it. Took it home, and instantly was blown away! The quality of the picture in incredible, lights up my whole living and dining area, crystal clear viewing from multiple angles, sound quality is pretty good however I opted for a sound bar, and the intuitive technology is great with all the popular inbuilt apps, smart talk and point remote and the easiness for access between multiple sources (Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, live TV etc). Would highly recommend this product, has exceeded my expectations and much more updated than my previous LG.

better than expected!

published

I bought a Samsung UA65 smart TV in early 2022. Recently half of the screen went dark. Obviously, the TV is already out of warranty. I tried to call the service number on the back of the TV, got through very fast. The person helped me go through a process of testing various things. Nothing worked. Then he immediately arranged for the repair centre to send technicians. Since my TV still looks very new and doesn't look like being used improperly, they replaced the screen for me without any charge, even though the TV is already out of warranty.
