Build quality & customer service
I've purchased 8 of these fridges (7 white and 1 silver) and have had continues problems with the internal shelves, ice boxes and fruit boxes cracking and breaking. Not 1 of the 8 fridges have survived more than 2 years without internal cracking and breaking. Samsung are happy to charge me a fortune to replace the internals, however you'd think that if 8 fridges all have the same issue there's something worth looking into? Some of these fridges are now operating without their internals. Would I recommend buying these fridges, after my experience it would be difficult to recommend Samsung fridges...

A good price and works really well
This is a great fridge. I needed a smaller fridge when moving, and as I have always liked Samsung I went with this model. It looks nice, has good storage, is very quiet and keeps everything nice and cold. The led lights are really bright and the shelves and door are easily cleaned.
