Can use only 2 years
After 2 years my fridge cooling doesn't work properly. Can't keep any cooked food more than 2 days.Brought it for $600 from Harvey Norman. Really disappointed.I am not buy Sumsung fridge any more.
Purchased in June 2021 at Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Electronics for $600.00.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have money to buy new fridge every 2 years. Harvey Norman said call for Home service center. But I need to pay $160 plus repair cost. I don't think it worth. What information you need?Thanks.Damith

Build quality & customer service
I've purchased 8 of these fridges (7 white and 1 silver) and have had continues problems with the internal shelves, ice boxes and fruit boxes cracking and breaking. Not 1 of the 8 fridges have survived more than 2 years without internal cracking and breaking. Samsung are happy to charge me a fortune to replace the internals, however you'd think that if 8 fridges all have the same issue there's something worth looking into? Some of these fridges are now operating without their internals. Would I recommend buying these fridges, after my experience it would be difficult to recommend Samsung fridges...

Noisy fridge
a constant humming noise
would not recommend if its near your desk
making noises for 30mins / hour
not good for people who work in the same room with the fridge
one bedroom apt etc.
Purchased in June 2021 at Appliances Online for $599.00.

A good price and works really well
This is a great fridge. I needed a smaller fridge when moving, and as I have always liked Samsung I went with this model. It looks nice, has good storage, is very quiet and keeps everything nice and cold. The led lights are really bright and the shelves and door are easily cleaned.
