My display says dE, i have removed the washing & it only has water in it, but I still get the same message displayed. Any ideas?

when this happened to me my machine wasn't draining properly, I emptied as much water as I could out of the machine and at the back of the machine in the right bottom corner should be a opening,( you must screw it open) and I drained all left over water out to find that a single 5c peice was the problem it had gone through machine stopping at that point inturn disrupting its wash cycle. this could may well be the case if so good luck
