They had great service, minimal effort required to apply for the loan. Would use the service again and recommend to others.

Use of technology to assist in speediness made things so easy. Electronic signatures for the most part and great communication.

Savvy broker tried his best to get me what I needed and well he did

Broker was not truthful at all, was told loan was approved when in fact it wasn't. When is had enough I rang the finance company directly who told me it hadn't been approved because the broker hadn't given all the relevant information they'd asked for although I had forwarded it to the broker. A lot of time wasted on my behalf. They aren't upfront or honest with their fees either. Do not use.

If you have a good credit history then don't bother... they are not up front about the $770 broker fee that you have to pay them on an $11,000 brand new car loan. Even after asking several times for the fees and charges there was no answer until they were ready to send the loan documents I finally got the information out of them... I wasn't that desperate to get a loan and they were NOT HONEST from the beginning!

I will never again use savy finance stuffed me around with interest rates and was telling me it was all aproved then wanting more paperwork and changing interest rates again. Waste of time.

Not professional at all. I call for an enquiry about a loan while talking with me the person who I spoke was laughing and joking with someone next to him. Not recommended for anyone.

Sent everything through - followed up multiple times - no call back/no response to emails - very poor!
Waste of time & effort.

Also, worried they have all personal details now - who knows who has the files & they ask for access to bank records electronically.

Now I'm suspicious!
