Super padded and comfy
I bought the Sealy Posturepedic Elevate Heritage Mattress for my mum. I've asked how she is coping with this new mattress as she is a very light sleeper and hasn't replaced her mattress in 15 years! Safe to say she is loving it and says it is incredibly comfortable, and she doesn't feel the springs like in her old one.
Purchased in March 2021 at Snooze for A$1,149.00.

Worst mattress ever!
I received this mattress less than 3 months ago and it is terrible. After about two nights I started sinking into it (I am a very slight build). I purchased this after recently having had hip replacement surgery. All this mattress has done is cause me unnecessary pain in the hip and lower back. I just sink into a hole and go almost halfway down in the mattress and then I cannot move, yet it is supposed to be firm! A total waste of money. The mattress-in-a-box from Aldi for $250 leaves this for dead!
Purchased in January 2021 at Harvey Norman.

Sealy Ultra elevate sublime
Disappointed Is an understatement With the sealy ultra elevate sublime. I used to think i got the worst nights sleep until i purchased this product. This xmas holidays I went away for 5 nights and had the best nights sleeps ever on a sealy royale. So on my way home i wrote to Sealy, described my situation and their mattress i slept on and was recommended this mattress to be comparable to what i slept on whilst away as they no longer made the royale. I went to the store they told me to go to, tried it out for the length of time they told me to, ...Read more
listened to all the salemens hooha/sales pitch after jumping online to read gaurantees etc only to discover that the Sealy website was not Australian and the same gaurantee didnt exist here in Australia. Prior to my purchase I had discussed all my aches and pains that my old mattress gave me. They asked about mine and my partners body temperatures when we slept and we responded with that my partner overheats and i get cold. They asked us about our movement and sleeping positions. I told them our weights our ailments etc. I told the salesman that money wasnt the issue that finding the right bed was because of how poorly I sleep. The salesman had us try several mattresses (all Sealy) and he decided that this was the best one for us based on how i felt when lying on it. He reassured me that they wouldnt sell a mattress to us "that we werent going to be happy with" when telling him about another store i tried mattresses out at and the discussions i'd had at the other store. I was so confident that i'd tried and purchased the right mattress with his assistance and upselling techniques. Although I tried a sealy ultra elevate at a competitor that i liked but listened to the sales pitch and stuff about the other competitor I decided this supplier, backed up by sealys email that this was the one for us at this supplier. On delivery i noted that this mattress was so much harder than instore the one tried instore. The one tried instore was in fact the Flex ultra, there was no sublime. We were told theyd feel the same just that the Flex was for electric beds. We spent the first night on it and my partner who usually sleeps like a log tossed and turned all night long. I woke more than ever, not only from his tossing which moved the whole bed like a trampoline all night but from my aches and pains all over my body that had come from sleeping on this mattress, pains i hadnt had previously. My hips, neck and back felt so sore, like sleeping on the floor. After 5 days of sleeping on this mattress i have bad syatica all day. The bed, apparently "made with wool, unlike our competitors synthetic one and lightening silver" makes us both so hot that we wake in a sweat. What can sealy do for me when they contact me back after several days? Nothing for 3 months until it wears in. They told me the beds in store had been laid on by many people and jumped on by kids and wouldnt feel the same. (after purchase mind you). They were quick to tell me that what i'd read online about sealys gaurantee, if i'm not happy or comfortable with my purchase after 30 days that this was important to them and theyd happily replace or refund was in fact not applicable in australia. They then suggested i go back to using my old mattress topper for comfort. If after 3 months i'm still suffering i can get a comfort adjustment at my cost but wouldnt explain further until the 3 month wearing in mark. This was extremely disappointing and unexpected. In store They convinced me that although i'd been sleeping previously on a topper/soft mattress that i should go to a firm mattress after laying on it for half an hour of feeling no pain. In summary this mattress is much Too hard, too much movement for people whose partner toss and turn and it becomes much too hot in the night on the wool stuffing, if i'm to believe wool is used. This coming from me who usually needs an electric blanket most of the year. Pretty upset that i made the mistake of googling sealy and sealy isnt the same in australia with their gaurantee that apparently its an overseas site. Pretty upset i trusted this australian made brand and the salesmen and customer service. I can be greatful for small mercies that i got it on sale, half price for almost $1900. If i can get to the 3 month mark and wear it in like sealy says great, if not its Off to the spare room for this mattress and another company after i fully look into reviews and recommendations. I would never trust or purchase another Sealy product based on their recommendation.Purchased in January 2021 at Snooze SA, Mile End for A$1,900.00.

Perfect mattress for a perfect night's sleep!
Purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Elevate mattress recently. So happy with the level of comfort and quality of sleep this mattress provides. We made a mistake in buying a very expensive mattress with a plush pillow top a few years back and found it to be way too soft which left us both with a sore back. Also, being a hot sleeper, I would sink in to the mattress further and get even hotter. We ended up back on our 10 year old mattress and were too scared to buy another until recently.
Buying this mattress was easy, we went in to a store and had our...Read more

I took delivery of my sealy elevate camden mattress today. I notice it has only one side we can sleep on. We have always turned our mattresses regularly. Can you explain why this is?
