We purchased a mattress from store. The one we laid on was not the one that was ordered (the sales assistant wrote the incorrect mattress down). We didn't realise until after we got it home. It was the softest one which we would never have chosen. The store gladly allowed us to swap it BUT unknown to us, this then counted as our one swap over, so then when we did get the correct one home and it wasn't suitable, we were not allowed to swap it. We gave it plenty of time and rotated it as well. We spent way over our budget in order to get a good quality product but we can't even sleep on it as it gives us very bad backs and necks. It is also extremely hot to lay in and we wake up in a pool of sweat even with the air-conditioner turned up high.

Rob’s team in Townsville offered such a professional and personal service, they know their product and made the whole process so easy. We love both the look and feel our new bed and highly recommend Snooze Townsville and their beds.

We found that Snooze had a great different range of bed frames that we were looking at. The service was great and had no problem with the delivery or the set up. It was hard to navigate the bed frame to the second storage within 10 mins they had extra people to help lift the bed frame over the balcony. Awesome service and would use Snooze in the future and would point family and friends in there direction.

We recently went to Snooze in a Tsv as we were on the search for a new mattress . After a week or so of confusion as to what we really needed going to snooze proved a blessing in disguise . We were lucky enough to have Linda look after us and run us through the Snooze Profile process . From that we were able to test out the mattress that fitted our profile thus taking away any guesswork . We got the right mattress, at the right price and the care and advice from Linda was sensational . We recently purchased double ensembles for our kids at Snooze at Domain Central. We’ve shopped there before so being repeat customers we knew what to expect. The staff member spent a lot of time with us, made sure the kids were comfortable and the mattresses fitted their needs. We purchased during a sale, so we got a great price and good quality ensembles... winning! Delivered, set up in the kids rooms, packaging taken away, couldn’t have asked for more. The costumer service in the Cairns store was outstanding from selection to purchase to delivery! We ordered our bed from the Perth store but it was no problem to take delivery from the Cairns store at all. We were so happy we bought a new bed for the spare room along with new linen, pillows etc. Great quality too!
