Started policy 18/04 with new car broke down 19/04 to be told I'm not in the system takes 48 hours.. Where does it state this when opening policy. Had to pay $275 for tow truck.. Stranded in Sydney traffic. Not happy have a solicitor looking into it along with fair trading

We have been long time customers of Seniors Ins. Agency/Real Holland yet we don't get the best deal until we re-quote via the website. So every year now I must go through a re-quote procedure to get the best deal. By re-quoting via website I have been able to save $673.00 per annum.

I received an automatic renewal notice from Seniors. I recommend that Seniors alter their reinsurance practices and reach out to insurees to test whether what is proposed remains appropriate - in other words be proactive, respect your clientele and don't leave them hanging on a call centre phone. And please change the awful musak - and please advise those sitting on the end of the phone as to how long they have to wait. I finally got onto a lovely lady in sales, Lyn, who went above and beyond to assist - which included cancelling the current policy and then issuing a policy appropriate to my current circumstances. Thankyou Lyn. I haven't had to claim (and hope I never do!) and hope that claims process as efficient as Lyn was.

Yes the policy is good value. It was all explained efficiently & processed in plenty of time for me to pick up my new car. It was good to know that if anything happened I was covered.

Great value for cover provided and flexible ability to taylor cover with options available. Online process allowed for easy set up via user friendly screens which had the added benefit of efficiently scrolling to next page.
