I had booked them for small plumbing work (to change leaking tab). The quotation I got is $366. I had to cancel the booking and wasted $49. BE AWARE. I FEEL LIKE TRAP.

Prompt call out and friendly electrician. However he quoted over $700.00 for a 2hr, maximum job with no parts. Ludicrously expensive and sadly I cannot recommend.
I note that most of the bad reviews concern overpricing by Service Today, obviously the H/O isn't listening to what people are trying to tell them!

#381607...I had an issue with my split system unit leaking water over my patio.I placed a call to service today at 9.37am Saturday morning and the issue was fixed by 11.30am I cannot speak highly enough of the service and the professional and curtious job done by guy that helped me bigtime today..sorry I can’t remember his name...

I called Service Today to get the quote for my ducted heating .

The person who came to check mentioned controller is faulty and need to replace it.
He charged me $572 for controller and it’s charges.
After two hours when I tried starting heating system it was dead .
When I googled I can see that controller price is $120.

I have asked for call back and waiting for there visit, looking at the product review I am having same feeling of scammed.

Today two guys visited my place to check on controller and mentioned motherboard is not working and I should be replacing old system with new gave me quotes for same .

Announcement call sent prior to arrival; plumbers arrived when they said they would. They worked efficiently, and with little intrusion; they explained operation of new mechanisms clearly, and guaranteed future service requirements. I will use them again.

Booked this Organisation to look at my air conditioner in the apartment. Two technicians came out to assess the fault and advised that they could not repair the system as it is a commercial system. Engaged this company to diagnose a fault and repair with an air conditioner / heating unit. Charged $180 for 15 minutes work and told no replacement parts available due to age of model. Follow up email sent requesting details of fault and appropriate replacement part number. No response received.

Subsequent checks with authentic parts sellers reveal otherwise. Also Attempted to up sell to new products as the only option. Ridiculous for the amount of work involved and subsequent lack of a reply to the follow up email.

Highly recommend this company, fast and efficient service, technicians were fantastic and our heating was fixed within one day of making the call. Really impressed with everything from the initial phone call to the completion of the job

For replacing a plastic white cistern $581.77, for replacement of Pan Collar $533.09, supply and install boundary pressure limiting valve $679.27 plus $143.00 membership fee (what) total cost $1847.82. Really got taken or rather scammed by Service Today. I hope karma pays a visit soon.

The cost estimate was initially high, however, they negotiated a more acceptable price . The job was completed to my satisfaction. I have used this contractor a number of times, there service is friendly & prompt .

They charged us $480.00 to check a leaking roof and then wanted an additional $560.00 to repair it. Very dodgy and charge way too much. I was told that price is ridiculous when i got a 2nd quote from another company.

We had an electrical board replaced. We had to wait six weeks for the Certificate of Electrical Safety to be given to us, i.e. the inspector signed it on 14 Feb, we were given it today (31/3). Your electrician arrived at our house today. He had not contacted us to tell us he was coming. Her handed the Certificate to my partner and then refused to leave unless she used his phone to payment payment. My partner refused as she did not think it was reasonable to risk her health (COVID-19) to pay a bill. He refused to leave our house unless payment was made. Are there stand over tactics normal and what would Energy Safe Victoria think of them being used to extract payment (on the spot) for the Certificate that took six week to be given to us.

Gas plumber installed new oven perfectly. No mess, no fuss and extremely polite. Very happy to highly recommend this service #374849. Thank you very much gentleman. Once again take care.

I would advise not to use this company. We had [name removed] come out to fix our ducted heating unit. Replaced two parts on it and charged my wife $3000. Have since found out the parts are worth around $400 each and could have had the job done for around $1000. Trust is a word I rate highly, they have destroyed this for me. My wife was inconsolable! Waiting to hear back from them with justification. Job no 373830. By the way 1 star was generous, and that’s me being honest. Honesty there’s another word they could look up
