Googled for an electrician. These guys came with excellent reviews. The electrician came promptly and worked very efficiently. Will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.

Called 4.30pm the day before to arrange a CCTV inspection for the next day and they were able to book in straight away.
Plumber called to advise they were 10mins away on the day. Called to clarify information needed (exploration and identification of where stormwater was discharging to)
Carried out work and within 30 minutes, emailed across photos, investigation results and called across to advise and take payment.

extremely happy with the work performed. What soured my experience is that my job was booked for 7am and they sent them to another job first nearly 2 hours late.

I googled these guys, live chat came up and OMG they are fantastic I had a huge problem with stormwater off our tennis court. They gave me two times that day I took the between 10 -12 option they came at 10.30 spend over an hour used cameras to go up my pipes explained the problem clearly, charged $49.00 which I have since received back as they came the next day, dug trenches we needed 50 meters of 150mm storm water pipe laying and attaching to a culvert, the whole job was completed in 2 days they cleared away any mess, they where so professional I can not praise these guys enough. The service was amazing. Steve and his team where very professional the huge job was done in 2 days!!!

From the time of my initial inquiry to the completion of the job the services provided by the office and tradespeople was excellent. The initial visit to assess the work required was extremely fast, within two hours of my call, and I was presented with a clear and concise description of the work required and cost. The installation of the water heater commenced the next day and the phases of the job, electricians first followed by the plumber was seamless. The installation was completed with very little disruption to our household, in a very professional, courteous and caring manner. When the work was completed all of the unwanted items were removed and the area was left clean and tidy. Thank you for a great customer service experience.

I originally engaged Service Today to service my evaporative airconditioner. The guy who came out to my place was very professional and respectful. He explained the range of services provided by Service Today. Because of the great experience I’d had I then engaged Service Today to do a range of worms around my second property, including plumbing and electrical work. Each of the staff who came out were thorough and respectful, as well as personable and just generally good people. I’ve since recommended Service Today to several family members and friends.

Had a ceiling fan and stove installed. It was a hassle free process and I would definitely book through these guys again. Steve called before he arrived and was even helpful in recommending an exhaust system to install and how to do it. Lovely guy.

Rang the team at Service Today to provide a quote for a commercial room which I was entering a lease on. The land lord demanded an in depth description on the work that was needing to be done. Service Today went above and beyond, even taking photos and showing the land lord where new piping would go also mentioning all work would be removable with no damage to the building. As soon as approval was sent, Service Today had to work completed within 24 hours. Thank you again to Ben and the team for even fitting new lights and power points without hesitation on the same day. Would highly recommend to anyone for any job, big or small.

I had a quote to disconnect an old gas stove and connect a new one. A 30 to 40 minute job with also supplying a new hose ($20 value) and an isolation ballcock. (just a tap)"
I waited (quoted a time between 12.00 pm and 4.00 pm and it was not until 3.15 pm I was contacted.
I was quoted $600 - I told him to get out. I rang another gas fitter - $200. He has quoted me a between time of one hour.
He did the job and even re-lit the hot water service pilot light.
They are way over priced, stay right away from them - they have too many layers of bureaucracy who all get paid. Use a small private licensed gas fitter.

Dave the plumber gave me a courtesy call to confirm time of arrival - and he was on time. He was super polite, clearly explained the job and costs front up. He replaced the taps and fixed the toilet with no fuss - I'm more than happy to recommend his services to anyone. Thank you Dave and appreciate your Service.
