Tom arrived promptly to tell me a $508 eight yr old Franke tap was leaking and returned a day later to replace it with one I had purchased. Very polite & helpful. Great customer service.

no call out fee...free inspection with a camera.............drains have leaves mud and some roots...........can clear that.........knowing the size of the drains..............no he could not............he could not even work out which way the drains ran............$500.....the drains were not completely blocked, but they have not been unblocked because he recommended........digging up pavers and putting in a new system......... Not happy...........should not have begun if he knew he could not navigate narrower drains

Over priced for the time to do the job $1200 for 3.5 hours of work, IP riser touching the house slab, Roller door left in manual and unlocked all day

I googled these guys, live chat came up and OMG they are fantastic I had a huge problem with stormwater off our tennis court. They gave me two times that day I took the between 10 -12 option they came at 10.30 spend over an hour used cameras to go up my pipes explained the problem clearly, charged $49.00 which I have since received back as they came the next day, dug trenches we needed 50 meters of 150mm storm water pipe laying and attaching to a culvert, the whole job was completed in 2 days they cleared away any mess, they where so professional I can not praise these guys enough. The service was amazing. Steve and his team where very professional the huge job was done in 2 days!!!

From the time of my initial inquiry to the completion of the job the services provided by the office and tradespeople was excellent. The initial visit to assess the work required was extremely fast, within two hours of my call, and I was presented with a clear and concise description of the work required and cost. The installation of the water heater commenced the next day and the phases of the job, electricians first followed by the plumber was seamless. The installation was completed with very little disruption to our household, in a very professional, courteous and caring manner. Rang the team at Service Today to provide a quote for a commercial room which I was entering a lease on. The land lord demanded an in depth description on the work that was needing to be done. Service Today went above and beyond, even taking photos and showing the land lord where new piping would go also mentioning all work would be removable with no damage to the building. As soon as approval was sent, Service Today had to work completed within 24 hours. Thank you again to Ben and the team for even fitting new lights and power points without hesitation on the same day. Would highly recommend to anyone for any job, big or small.

I waited (quoted a time between 12.00 pm and 4.00 pm and it was not until 3.15 pm I was contacted.
I was quoted $600 - I told him to get out. I rang another gas fitter - $200. He has quoted me a between time of one hour.
He did the job and even re-lit the hot water service pilot light.
They are way over priced, stay right away from them - they have too many layers of bureaucracy who all get paid. Use a small private licensed gas fitter.

Tom arrived early, inspected the problem and talked us through the problem. Quoted us the price, which we accepted, and he carried out the work to our complete satisfaction, immediately. All items required to complete this job, were in his van, therefore no waiting. Tom was polite and personable, as well as knowledgeable, and we will ask for him again. Thank you!

Phoned this morning re a leaking toilet. From the receptionist who was very polite to both plumbers who attended and looked at the toilet to quoting a price and finally installing a new toilet in the same day I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the professionalism of all concerned to complete the job.

Very reliable and prompt in timing to start job very informative explaining situation when progressing along with job when hard to understand making suggestions for maybe what needs to be done down track without up sizing everything for profit giving friendly tips. We were so impressed that they accepted part payments as it was a shock such major work was needed before xmas when money bit tighter. Extremely friendly staff well done all!!!
