Johnno was very helpful but failed to book our job in for the correct day. Daniel and his apprentice Noah arrived on time, did a good job in less than two hours and left no mess to clear up.

Contacted them in the morning about 7am they arrived about 10.30 the work was completed by 12.30
Great guys fixed the sink correctly and left the place tidy

This was a difficult job on a very old septic system, but Scott and his team managed to overcome the challenges with confidence and ingenuity. A week's lockdown right in the middle of it all didn't help, but afterwards everything was completed in a timely manner. Nick the tiler finished it all off beautifully despite the difficulties he also encountered with out-of-square and leaning walls. I have used this company many times, for both electrical and plumbing work, and I have no hesitation in recommending them as competent, efficient and professional - as well as friendly and helpful.

Rang and confirmed. Arrived on time. Fast and efficient. Told me what was happening at all stages. Would highly recommend this service. They are also local. Service started on the phone.

Excellent communication. Tom was quick, clinical and straightforward. He identified 2 problems with the plumbing. For one, he put in a complaint to SA water on our behalf. For the other, he gave us a very effective solution. Highly recommended

Needed blocked stormwater pipe cleared, plumber arrived and quoted $575.00 for the first hour. Ridiculous . I have booked another plumber at $275.00 for first hour. I do not recommend .

Alex was very professional and very efficient. I was very happy with his work and pleased to have the shower problem fixed! Thank you for a job well done, the new taps look great too. They also called with an earlier timeframe which was fantastic.

The company manager called and we discussed my issues and concern. Next day a plumber came and fixed my problem and I am now happy with the service and efficiency. Will use the company again.

Called for a plumber at about 0930am was told someone will be there between 1pm and 4pm. Sure enough Alex arrived at 1pm. Job sorted quickly and inexpensivly. Great respect for me the customer explaining every thing that caused the problem. Highly recommended and will certainly use again, nice to have old fashioned service.

Called a plumber out and was quoted $611 to replace basin mixer plus $49 for the quote.
Have had several quotes the last few days with none of the quotes being over $250!

Had a leaking water pipe at the water meter. Asked for a quote got charged $49 to be told $674 to fix and $50 discount if i go ahead. Got jake from je plumbing to do the job who took 45 minutes to fix leak and charged $176. Got a call from Ben (service today) who informed me Scott made a mistake with quote and should of been $212 and very apologetic and is refunding my $49 call out fee as a good gesture. Very impressed with Ben to follow up quickly on my issue and good to know the proper price is reasonable. Thanks Ben for your kindness

Scott & Alex were our plumbers on separate occasions spanning a week. As usual, they were very polite professional. Putting their extensive knowledge and expertise to the test regarding the issue at hand, each person's contribution has resulted in a successful outcome. We generally use Service Today as our "go to" service people. Their advice and workmanship inspires confidence, as does their mobile calls forward advising they will be arriving in about 15 minutes. Very overpriced, it seemed the technician was unsure of the problem and just wanted to sell me products when questions about the price I was offered something unsuitable called a VIP package. Such poor service as it felt like it was a sales pitch. Raised my issues with the "manager" and he failed to follow up my complaint won't be recommending to anyone!

Very efficient service, staff were knowledgeable and friendly, called up and got a quote same day and the new hot water service was installed the next day. They hit a retic pipe and when i called the next day they sent someone straight out to repair it. Would definitely recommend

They responded within one hour, I cannot fault the staff or service. They are a bit more expensive but the prompt service makes up for it, especially responding so quickly before a public holiday.

This is the second plumbing job that Service Today have completed for us and we could not be more satisfied with the service. The technicians arrive on time with a courtesy call 30mins out. The work they do is of an exceptional standard and they provide step by step information on repair or replacement options. Outstanding value for the money.

We had continual problems with our in wall cistern. The plumber came back three times to fix the situation. They were polite, came promptly when they said they would, (very important) and persisted until they found the cause of the problem. Thank you Joel. We appreciated your patience and persistence.

Fantastic service. Office staff were great to have someone out to inspect the problem quickly. Toilet replaced the next day. Tradies were respectful, clear in what they were doing and how it had to be done. Minimal mess during installation and beautiful clean up afterwards.
