We had a great experience with the service of our aging ducted gas heating. We engaged AH&C for the job as we used the same company to install a cooling system last summer - a fantastic job. We needed parts (this we knew) and unfortunately one part supplied by the manufacturer needed some additional attention. Brought it up with the office the next day and the technician was back after hours on the same day to fix it. Could not have asked for a better service - the technician was knowledgeable, positive and friendly and even took a few photos to explain what the issue was. Highly recommend the Salisbury office and particularly the technician who knew what needed to be done.

Upon arrival one electrician with two trainees introduced themselves and shook hands. All work was done professional and efficiently. At completion of the job the electrician took the time to explain what had been done and we were able to fully understand the updating of our electrical services. Prior to leaving the electrician swept the whole work area. I have recommended Service Today to my next door neighbour who wants the same electrical work done.

I had a Burst pipe at the side of my water meter, i called service today and around 9 am and the plumber was at my house 1.30pm so was very impressed with the time it took for him to arrive at my house i had all ready dug the hole exposing the damaged pipe it took him about 10 minutes to repair the pipe an about 20 minutes to get the part from the supplier so for the 30 minutes of work it cost $408 which i thought was a little expensive.

Very friendly didn’t mind a talk and explain what the process and problem would be got text saying what time be on site and he was and offered me good price.

Scott was prompt and thorough in sorting out our problem which was made more difficult by the original manufacturer being out of business. Finished it (cistern problem) in a timely manner.

Had issues with smoke alarms and this was fixed promptly. Also replaced damaged power point & assisted with the home security cameras. Friendly and efficient Electrician. Recommend and will use again!

Yes it was same day service, but was not given the 1/2 hour notification of them being at property, more like 5 minutes, very expensive, most of time on phone to others, $439 for 1/2 hour, ouch!!!
Haven't received official invoice/receipt yet, suppose to be sent via email.

A Service Today representative arrived as scheduled and, after an informative discussion regarding options, produced a detailed quote. I accepted the quote, and within a couple of hours a plumber and an electrician arrived to carry out the HWS replacement. The replacement was finished within a few hours. The plumber and the electrician were friendly, informative and efficient and the installation was completed to a high standard. The work area was left clean and tidy. The whole exercise was stress free and I am pleased with the result.

Our ensuite toilet had lately been make gurgling noises and didn’t hesitate to call a plumber before the situation got any worse.

What was an eye catcher was their call out fee. $49 and will be waive if you proceed with their services. And what put the cherry on top was that the fee didn’t need to be paid until the job was done.

I was work that day so I had to get my wife to relay the info to me and specifically said “don’t sign anything until you send me the invoices and we mutually agree to it”.

We had another problem. Our kitchen mixer tap was dripping and needed to get it replaced. Well, once I received the invoice, it was overwhelming.

$770 for the mixer tap and $770 for a pressure limiting valve. Over $1500 to replace a tap!

While the tradesperson was very polite and professional, work good, the cost of the job was a rip off
Some months back when the gas dept was carrying out upgrades in the area, they uncovered a broken sewer pipe and storm water pipe under the common area drive way. It was needed to be fixed quickly for the gas upgrade to be completed.
