The guys from Service Today were really prompt with responding to my request to fix my split system. They have a fabulous professional manner and communicated well.

Brilliant service - rang expecting quite a delay but they were there in a matter of a day or two! First guy came out to check what was needed (we knew that one of the parts had come off) and within an hour or so the part had been collected and the service was done.

Kept me informed through out & left my house all tidy

Called them to come and look at our ducted heating and cooling system and what a waste of money. I don’t know why they bothered to even come out when all they do is try to sell you a new system. The diagnosis was 1. Could be the compressor 2. The gas is low and need gas top up 3. Could be both so new system recommended . Yeah great diagnosis. I ended up calling a true specialist company and it was nothing of the above. Gas was fine, compressor working fine, ended up being a faulty circuit breaker. These people should be shut down. I had 4 lovely young gentlemen here today to remove my old air-conditioner & install a new one. They were always polite & also caring about making sure that they didn't make any messes on my carpet. Explanations were always good. Thanks sincerely for a job well done.

The team that came out to do my air conditioning duct replacement work were extremely professional, courteous and left the work area spotless. I was able to ask as many questions about the progress of the job and they kept me informed all the time. They never rushed the work and ensured everything was working properly prior to leaving. My air con is very quiet now and the air feels fresh. Best upgrade l ever did and so glad l called them out. Excellent turn around from getting an initial quote to the final install.

I needed new Air-conditioning ducting and one new outlet put in my house. all the staff including the staff on the phone were excellent. The installers Blake and Elijah were excellent, explained everything and they were clean, tidy, friendly and kind.

Elijah and his team were amazing, honest, friendly extremely professional and incredibly polite, job expanded because of complications but all was resolved in a professional manner.
The job was a little pricey but you get what you pay for and the team give a lifetime guarantee on workmanship.

We had a great experience with the service of our aging ducted gas heating. We engaged AH&C for the job as we used the same company to install a cooling system last summer - a fantastic job. We needed parts (this we knew) and unfortunately one part supplied by the manufacturer needed some additional attention. Brought it up with the office the next day and the technician was back after hours on the same day to fix it. Could not have asked for a better service - the technician was knowledgeable, positive and friendly and even took a few photos to explain what the issue was. Highly recommend the Salisbury office and particularly the technician who knew what needed to be done.

Both of the service people were friendly, efficient and professional. They reviewed the initial assessment made previously and weren’t afraid to change the fault diagnosis and discuss options for repair. This saved me nearly $1000 .
They were thorough and showed me photos from the roof space to explain were the problem lay. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

We thoroughly recommend the service provided by Service Today. They are professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about the systems they are working on. We contacted them by phone and an appointment was made for 2 days hence. They telephoned twice to check if arrival time was convenient, and to give 20minutes notice. They assessed the situation, went to collect a new filter and returned to install it, and service the reverse cycle Air-con. He even changed a heat-bulb in the bathroom at no extra cost (because he had a tall ladder, and we don’t). We were very pleased with the polite and friendly manner of all staff involved in the process.
