Great Solar Panel Purchase Experience

Can't recommend - terrible after service
Expert Electrical efficiently and politely installed our 5Kw system in inner city Brisbane, along with doing some electrical work to modernise our powerbox, wire up the back deck and install some fans and air conditioning. Overall it was an over $10K job. Things went downhill quickly after they finished the job though. They stuffed up the invoices and sent aggressive overdue notices for a large invoice we paid on the day of installation, they left without returning my neighbours parking permit, and they didn't respond to emails about the parkin...Read more
g permit or a defective fan installation in our bedroom that has been keeping us up at night (put in by a teenage apprentice). They did respond eventually (3 weeks later) after they sent me another overdue notice and I pointed out the problem with the invoice and provided a bank receipt showing I'd already paid it. But instead of sending someone over to look at the fan they sent a sales rep to threaten me again with non-payment of a second bill, tell me - without looking at it - that the problem with the fan was manufacturing and not their work - and used my neighbours parking permit as leverage (threatening to withhold it until we paid the remaining bill for the electrical component - an invoice that was issued the day before and wasn't even due yet). I immediately paid their bill to get them out of my life but am now in a position of needing another electrician to fix the fan. I can't recommend them. Easy Solar
After receiving a no rubbish no pushy salesman quote from Ben, it was easy to see who was getting this job. Large house, big system. The install went smoothly and was online quickly. I am a tech idiot and did eventually figure out the online monitoring. I would recommend them for any solar install, particularly if you are sick of companies pushing their products in your face when all you want is simple facts.

Jack and Ben were great. Neat job done well looks great. Everything explained well.
Easy process everything was taken care of really well. We had no issues everything went smoothly. Was great meeting Scott, Jack and Ben who took care of everything really well. Have recommend to friends and family.

First and last time
A bit disappointing that a few things didn't get done on the day of installation as promised, however, they returned to fix everything up for me 3 weeks later during holiday time and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is in contrast to the installation day when the team were rushed, and did not have enough time to finish everything as agreed to - causing me to source another company to complete additional electrical works. For this reason I took off 3 stars for customer service.
