The central heating system was not working and Assan did a great job assessing the problem and explaining exactly what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and organised another day for installation. Then 2 days later, Lochy and Roy came to do the installation and repairs. They quickly and efficiently repaired and serviced the system and ensured everything was working properly before they left. All 3 young men were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with their attitude and their work.
Great job fixing and servicing Central Heating, efficient and timely but a bit on the expensive side.

Sure they have the technical skills to do it, (if they show up at all), however refuse to give an estimated cost or price guide prior to them coming out, when they got to my house gave an estimated cost ($417 for a standard heater service) opened the heater and discovered it was broken and could not be fixed (fair), BUT then said they could not leave the premises without capping the heater rendering it unusable in the middle of winter all for the same cost as if they fixed it, though all they did was open the door and hadnt touched it. Question...

Roy came over this morning to fix our ducted heating because it stops running so often.
Rocked up at around 8am and was finished in just an hour! Made the call out just a few days ago they were able to send someone out less than 24 hours.

Terrific job, quick response installed our new ducted heater perfectly, better than our last contractor. On time, courteous, removed old unit & cleaned up after, what more could you ask for.

Craig turned up on time and explained everything that he was doing. He gave us a few options going forward, did a great professional job and took away all of the rubbish from the job. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Please be mindful they are overpriced even with a premium membership which excludes call out fees. I wasn't happy with the service and the cost. I called Servicetoday to replace my gas heating controller since we have a premium membership. They charged me $572 to replace it with a basic controller and the cost of the controller was around $60 in Bunnings. $500 for the service is ridiculously priced when compared to other services providers which would be the call out fee between $250-$300 plus the cost of the part. I feel like I was penalized for having the premium membership. I had requested a breakdown of charges for which they said they don't provide a breakdown .I would not recommend them and definitely not the premium membership.

The plumbers arrived on time on both scheduled appointments . They were polite and willing to explain what was the best option available to us. A new unit was delivered but it was damaged. Within 10 minutes a new unit arrived and was installed. Impressive service

Very happy with job done. Both Lachlan and Deacon were very professional, friendly, helpful and even though my mum (has dementia) gave them a bit of a hard time, they knew how to approach her and she told me they were "very nice boys" in the end!! From start to finish with calls, work, clean up etc, great job and great honest professional young men!!!
