Very poor mattress, sagging in after 1 year, had it fixed once and 3 weeks later sagging in again, has dips of more than 5 cm, they refuse to acknowledge and claim it is normal wear, as if i have never used a mattress before in my life and don’t know what is normal, and if this dipping is considered normal then it is a rubbish product.
Horrible service from both Bedshed and Sleepmaker, they shouldn’t be getting away with this

Read more 100$ fix it was still the same sagging poor quality mattress that i will never ever recommend, i threw it out and bought a mattress in the box brand that is way better. Don’t buy anything from this company it will be of poor quality.

Read more your mattress (not fixed because it was not faulty) out of goodwill. The dipping you are experiencing is a normal feature of mattresses with soft quilted tops on them. It is a sign that your mattress is contouring to your body, in a similar way that your sofa would react if you sat on your sofa for as long as you lie on your bed. If there is a manufacturing fault, we will always honour the guarantee - we are not trying to 'get away' with anything. If you read the warranty information that comes with your mattress, you will be able to see that we mention body contouring as being normal.
Unfortunately that is not true, the mattress certainly has dips more than 5 cm and it was measured and photos were sent to you.

I want a Sleepmaker Miracoil but want better than the Impulse. My old bed was endorsed by the International Chiropractors Association and is definately Medium. I dont know WHICH Miracoils are better than others. Mid range or top range (Medium). Please help me, give me some idea which ones are above Impulse, like Advance 5 and so on. Agile? What is "Physio Focus" at BedShed? I dont care abt heat, care bit abt not disturbing my partner, but mainly care abt similar quality to old bed.
