We chose this mattress because it felt soft on top and I like that feel especially as I quite often have pain on one side of my upper back and shoulder. My husband likes a firmer mattress than me and I was worried this plush mattress would be too soft for him however since we got it home even he complains it's too hard. When we went back to the store after a month to compare there's we found it much softer and told the staff this who said it shouldn't be different. So they came to look at ours and reckon there's nothing wrong with it. Very dissapointed

This mattress definitely has a premium feel and great support without being too firm. It is thick, comfy and I have had some fabulous sleep since purchasing it. I have only had it for a couple of months but so far it has been amazing!

Finally upgraded my old sleepmaker Miracoil (over 10 years old) to a new sleepmaker miracoil advance comfort plush from Harvey Norman. It was a little firm at first but i am gradually adjusting to another quality australian made product. Sleeping very well now.

Picked up this mattress for a great price, it feels soft but supportive, i went with medium firmness with memory foam top, seems well made and I had a great first sleep.

Tried many brands and types at 3 different retailers. We found the Miracoil Advance Comfort Plush the best one in our research for both myself and my wife. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery as Harvey Normans had no stock. Very comfortable mattress, but it doesn't feel as soft as the demo one in Harveys. Will try a few more nights then reassess.

I've used a Sleepmaker mattress for 10 years and always had a great sleep. Recently moved house so decided to upgrade to a new one rather than move my old mattress. So glad I did!

Very comfortable mattresses and with the right support for my neck. Bought a firm one and don’t regret a second, perfect for me and even better for my pregnant wife, she have special support as she is sleeping on her side, perfect.

We repalced our bed in December 2018- also a Sleepmaker, after 23 years! We cannot fault the comfort of our new Sleepmaker bed. My husband had a back problem for years and this bed has the best support for him. No worries now. Sleeps really well and refreshed every morning. I also share the same opinion with my husband. Sleepmaker mattresses are durable! We bought our last Sleepmaker bed in 1995 and replaced in December 2018. The old bed is now the bed in the spare room. Extremely happy with our purchase.

Very bad quality of Mattress moreover, bad customer service. They have nothing to do with their goodwill. I have called them thrice but even a single reply. My husband bought it in end of 2017 and we are still suffering because nobody is ready to change.

I have had this mattress 10 days and it’s supposed to be plush but after a few hours of sleeping it becomes very firm and you can actually feel the springs digging into your hips. As a side sleeper this mattress is making my back, shoulder and hips very sore. It’s called the Sleepmaker Bliss plush.

We purchased this Microcoil Advance 5- Lotus Gel Kingsize Mattress from Amart due to a special they had at the time. l needed to have a good mattress given l suffer from back pain. We first love this mattress and as time when on it was terrible! permanent indents on both sides. We rotate mattress all the time but nothing helps. I am so disappointed as l have always owned a Sleepmaker Mattress. I have just contacted Amart and the customer sales person that spoke to me was wonderful. She has already sent the link through to Sleepmaker and receipt of purchase. I now need to take a Photo and send through. Lets see if they are true to their word on warranty claims or if they give me the run around. I will keep everyone posted! wish me luck!
