i purchased a Sleep maker bed in Harvey Norman New Zealand few month ago, one of the most expensive bed. i wait few weeks, i was expecting a brand new mattress, but received a 6 month old stock, i didn't release that until later on. that's not the problem, the first delivery failed due to they send wrong base to me, few weeks later, the 2nd delivery send me a base even not finished (not wrapped properly and with 2 different color), 3rd delivery seems ok, but i found the heardborad has a broken, another new one took 3 month to arrive and was ano...

I was looking for a new single bed for my child, and went to Myer for their Super Weekend sale, with up to 50% off mattresses. Although there were a few brands on sale, I went with Sleepmaker because of the good customer service offered by Joanne. I had a specific list of needs (pocket spring, medium to firm, suitable for growing child, etc) and had a budget, and she recommended the Sleepmaker Classic (which is called Kingston at Myer, although you can't see this product on the Sleepmaker website). It fits our needs: is firm but comfortable. Delivery was quick and we had the mattress made and delivered to us within a week.

I bought this mattress because I got a good deal, it is the best I’ve had. The model I got was espresso firm. At first it does feel too firm but once it softens up it’s amazing. I suffer back pain and I find this mattress to be helpful for my posture.

I went to David Jones Macquarie Sleepmaker. There was some confusion as to the current promotion and correct pricing and was given misinformation by the store staff which was annoying. Was going to go to another retailer and purchase another brand mattress but eventually [Name Removed] the Sleepmaker representative called me and clarified the price and apologised, which was much appreciated. She helped me find the most suitable "medium San Remo" mattress which is perfect. Extremely happy with the mid range purchase which provides excellent back support and good value for money. Other brands quoting much higher price for similar mattresses.

I guess the fact that this is our 3rd Sleepmaker mattress in the house says it all. Top of the range for us and mid range for each for the kids - happy buyers here.

We purchased a Sleepmaker Intensity GEL Mattress a few years ago, and while it is quite comfortable, in summer it is unbearable. The heat emanating up from the mattress itself makes it extremely hot to sleep on. We have air conditioning and a fan so it isn't the hot air in the room as the room is cool, and it is purely the heat retained in the mattress. I went to Chatswood Myer Sleepmaker. Ellie is an excellent sales, much appreciated, she helped us find the suitable mattress.

I got a King single Hahndorf from dreamland, Mile end Adelaide. Maria's service was impeccable, she fully understand my needs more than i do. Persistently insisted that I had to have some cookies, I did not realise my face was a total white out.

So, for the mattress, I slept on it for a month, its good for now. Altho it is soft, the i no longer wake up in pain. Will try to update after 1 year.

but the worksmanship is quite rugged (minus 1 *) You can observed it is not very straight and the rim doesn't join very nicely.

I have had this mattress 2 weeks and paid over $2500 (50%off on $5000).. worst sleep in years.
I had Dunlopillo Latex bed for 15 years. Rep at Bev Marks convinced me this need had minimal disturbance. Also convinced me online beds were rubbish and no retailer would sell them that’s why they are online.
It rocks around even at the slightest love. I have tried 3 different bases and now sleeping on the floor... it still loves...
Sleepmaker want to charge me $300 to send out a warranty Rep... seriously!!!!

Im a single parent and not working so was a lot of money to invest/waste... I have no idea what to buy now...

After long time of finding mattresses, I found this sleepmaker is a good mattress and dealer was also helpful and provided good service.

A good quality mattress is designed to retain a firm, comfortable shape for long periods of time. This seems not to be the case with our mattress as several repairs were required and the mattress never held the shape. The mattress was bought in 2016 and SleepMaker always deemed our case as ‘minor failures’. The mattress was taken for repairs 4 times and the issues keep happening. We always rotated the mattress as per the recommendation described in the “Care and Maintenance” card. However, this was never enough to address the issue. Dealing with this company was a nightmare, we then decided to buy a new mattress (in a box) and our problems stop. SleepMaker sold as an AWFUL mattress, never buy from them.

Mattress longevity is pretty average considering the $4500 spent. This is the 2nd time it's been accepted for repair/replacement. As someone else stated previously, they make you jump through hoops just to get it looked at and if they decide not to accept the claim will charge you $150 for the privilege.
To Sleepmakers credit, they have fixed this for a second time, if only they would send the bed back as agreed. It will be 5 weeks assuming I don't go through what I went through yesterday dealing with the warranty dept.

Service from start to finish was very good. In store service, delivery liaison abs finished product all met and exceeded expectations.

We initially purchased a Luxury Latex Dunlopillow from MYER which was replaced because of sagging within approx 3 years. In 2016 the replacement mattress, a Sleepmaker Windsor Plush began sagging and the sides began collapsing. On inspection by Sleepmaker they agreed to replace this mattress. We decided to upgrade the mattress to the top of the range Cocoon Granduer by paying an extra $1250. The RRP of this mattress in MYER was approx $10,000. We thought this was going to be an end to our problems.

Purchased Sleepmaker queen mattress (rrp $4109) via Harvey Norman Mandurah.
12 months into 10 yr warranty, attempt claim via HN, didn’t want to know so went to sleep maker.
Several emails later, told email to arrange collection for inspection.
If considered not warranted claim the customer pays $100 delivery charge and $50 for inspection.
Asked to see that from warranty in writing,no response,no offer of mattress while inspection/transport happening.
Poor choice on my part, body swerve sleepmaker at all costs.

Payed $10000 for mattress about 2 years ago, can no longer sleep on mattress and have sent photos, now they want me to ship it to Brisbane for them to look at and i won't have it back till next year. What a joke. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Australian comfort group (head office in New Zealand).

We're very happy with our choice of the Maison Lille King mattress & base, so very comfortable. We chose 'Firm' and couldn't be happier.

The mattress has an obvious dip in the middle. Sleepmaker required a number of photos (with rulers as dip had to be more than 3.5cm ) and receipt which I emailed. Received email, the charges are, $50 for inspection and transportation costs of $100 for the collection and redelivery of your mattress if deemed not a warranty issue.
Also, the mattress has 2 stains but was in a zipper mattress protector. I am also required to pay for cleaning before collection. I bought 2 of these mattresses for the 10 year warranty but very misleading.
