Awful company to deal with. Purchased from the sleeprite website and waited a ridiculous amount of time and never received my sleep rite anti-snore. Had a terrible response when they did decide to reply - totally dismissing any responsibility or care. I paid for something I never received. Regardless if it’s a postal fault or not, you supply your customer with what they paid for and have a little more care than that! Looking to complain and take this further. Tracking was never valid either which I found odd. Every time I tracked it nothing showed up. Don’t bother buying from them in my opinion, they don’t deserve your business!

Terrible and fake products which shipped from China in terrible package. Returned to US also cost me another $25 and not refund. Avoid this company and products if you can. Not refund, including ship back to them. Cost me total A$125

Ordered and charged on Visa 19/5. Chased up 10/6 and was told order being processed on 15/6. Chased up again 26/6 advising I was going to lodge a dispute and refund to Visa. Was advised order being shipped 27/6. It is advertised on their website with a USA flag but in actual fact it comes and is shipped from China. Finally received 12/7. The piece of plastic which you insert in your nose has ridges on it which actually causes irritation as it is not smooth. Don't waste your money. I wish I had read the reviews from previous people who purchased it. They charge $39.95 but the declared value on the export says value is $1.50 which is just what it is worth! Do not bother to purchase.

Scam I ordered this product over 2 months ago. Never received!! Sent over 20 emails. No response!! Just a bunch of thieves. Stay well clear of this unethical mob!!!

Ordered in Nov 2018. Never arrived despite charging my credit card. They don’t respond to inquiries. Now Feb 2022 and still no order and certainly no money back. Complete scam.

Absolute waste of money and can be dangerous for your health. Instead of helping me stop snoring, it stopped me from breathing while I sleep, how can anyone sell this to the public ? Are they that heartless?!!

I wish I’d looked here first this product is a ripoff it does not work actually makes breathing thru nose harder useless return policy that would just end up costing you more and you only get store credit- when the only stuff they have is cheap useless crap. Don’t throw your $$ away - stay away

This device was ineffective. They charge you a fee to destroy it, you have to pay return shipping fees, and they will only give you a company credit. No money back in your pocket. It's a scam! I would give it a negative star, but that is not an option.

Purchased this product as it had many many positive reviews and what appeared a reasonable returns policy. Figuring it looked legitimate I spent USD$65 (AUD$90) on two. Product comes from China, has no SleepRite branding, is cheap plastic and looks about $0.20c to produce. Product doesn't work, purchase is to an American Company, product comes from China, cheap junk, returns are done through Germany (in the small print sadly) so expensive to send back and I wasn't going to chase lost money with more money, don't get sucked in like I did, buyer beware.
