When looking for a way to store my items I contacted several place. I decided to go with smart box for a couple of reasons. Reasonable price, a well known company name (owned by Grace) they're have their storage facility undercover in footscray and I more than likely won't need to access my items (even though they give you the option to if needed). The process went quite smoothly, they dropped off the box, I packed it and then the following day they took it away, so far so good.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From Mark in the office to Mike and his exceptional team of packers, I was supported every step of the way. Moving is stressful enough without the hassle of organising truck hire and then storage unit rental. This innovative system allows you to bypass all the running around and frees up your time for anything that needs to be sorted before you move. The prices are great too! The company has so far been so supporting and amazing to my situation.
My life was turned upside down and homeless with 2 children and a 11yr old rescue dog.
As well as having an injury, double handling and time frame has not been on my side.
Smart Box has giving me time to feel secure, focus on healing and finding a home for us again.
