Hi Phil,
We suggest taking it back to your retailer and having it changed for a new one.

Hi.
Can the stream arm outer be replaced or adjusted so that it doesn't automatically incorporate air into the milk while steaming? It almost doubles the volume even when fully immersed.

Hi JoL,
There is a fault with the coffee machine. Your coffee machine has a 2 year warranty with the first year being a replacement warranty. Could you please return it to your retailer to exchange the coffee machine for a new one.

I just got the same problem to Tim with my new Smeg Coffee machine but I live in Canada so where should I contact?
Thanks
I have the same problem with the switch being stuck, is there any way to fix this or does it need to be replaced?

I have this machine. It's new - only attempted making 4 cups of coffee. Each time, we barely get two tablespoons of coffee to come out. The frothed works fine, but no matter if we press for one cup or two, we only get a couple of spoonfuls worth of coffee. This is very frustrating as we are waiting for the lights to stop flashing before selecting and it is still doing this. Not sure what is going wrong. Super frustrating for the cost of the machine. Would really appreciate a response from the manufacturer to: [email removed]

I read in the manual that you can customize the amount of pour for each button so it will pour that amount each time. Dont have the manual handy at the moment to explain how to do it but if you are able to look it up, it might help
Thanks so much JoJo. I have the manual and will look that up and report back how I go.
Have you read the instructions carefully and set the water temperature, water hardness and coffee (liquid) quantities. Most important is "Setting the quantity of coffee". Remember to hold the 1-cup button until the required amount of liquid is dispensed for the first time, this action sets the level for future cups. Then do the same with the 2-cup button to set the required level. Good luck.
