My consultants were very friendly & I felt relaxed with them right from the initial greeting. The whole process was comfortable & every move was explained fully before beginning the next step. I really felt very confident in their ability, knowledge & experience through the consultation.

The whole process was so easy and not painful at all :D It took about 20 minutes for everything to be done and everyone was so friendly. It was the best teeth experience ever!!

My consultant name was AJ. she was really patient and soft spoken. I asked her so many questions and she answered them all for me very honestly. It’s a shame, this was a one off appointment.

No dramas at all with any of the process. The 3D scan received via e-mail afterwards showing the progression of your teeth realignment is awesome.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They explained the process and took some photos and a 3D scan. There was no discomfort and it was pretty quick. If you are putting off your visit due to anxiety, don't. I have ordered the aligners and will update this post in 4 months to let you know if they worked! Fingers crossed!

Mursal was very friendly, warm and informative. She made me feel very relaxed and the whole experience was very positive. So far so good, just waiting to hear about the results on my scan.

I just had my very first free consultations with a smile guide lady named Maya. She was so wonderful, very welcoming and answered all my concerns. She really made me feel comfortable and really knows her stuff ! I am confident with smile direct that I will have straighter looking teeth in no time! I will leave another review after 6months with these clear aligners but so far so good! I’m so excited and eager to feel more confident in my smile.

Didn't change anything, horrible customer service. Can't even get a call back regarding my bleeding gums. Was told a "dental expert " will call me... yeah that was 5 days ago.
