Ordered a product on the 21/4/20 had to chase up on where the package only to be told it wasn’t delivered due to unforeseen circumstances and now have to wait til 18th of may would not recommend at all I’m not usually run to writers reviews but this is just poor customer they didn’t apologise for this or anything DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I recently got some photos printed and am not happy at all. why would you think it's ok to cut off the sides of the photos. NOT happy at all. I will never use this company again, ever.

I am not one to normally write reviews. However, i feel with the poor customer service that I have received twice now via the online customer support, that I would express my disappointment. I was told on two separate occasions that I would be emailed once a decision was made from management - still waiting for both responses!! I am certain it was just a tactic to avoid answering my questions..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Quality pictures and speedy delivery

Absolutely love the way the picture turned out on the canvas. I used photos from my mobile which weren't the best quality so was pleasantly surprised how well they turned out. Service was great and delivery was easy. Unsure why there are so many negative comment.

Missing package

I ordered the beginning of April. I received the notification that my package was dispatched, after waiting a few days after it's expected arrival date I followed up with snapfish. They claimed it was an issue with the delivery company, so after chasing them, a week later, I find out that Snapfish placed my tracking number onto someone else's package. I now have to wait another two weeks. Terrible service, avoid at all costs.

They wanted 8-11 days to make prints plus shipping time. Ridiculous lead time. When I tried to cancel the order they refused. Have escalated to supervisor and awaiting their contact.

Two separate orders delivered to two incorrect addresses. Address on each order was correct. Unable to explain the error and only said my issue would be forwarded. To who? Quality pretty terrible.

I ordered 640 matte photo prints off them, the whole lot will be going in the trash. They are blurry and washed out, there is a yellow undertone through the lot of them so we look jaundiced. Honestly, you’d get better photos from your home printer using just normal computer paper.

They're cheap for a reason...

I recently had some prints and photobooks done through Snapfish and am very disappointed with the quality. The photobooks were ok, not terrible, but some of the professional prints in the books look a bit flat. Some of the photos I had printed were professional shots which look amazing in digital file, but printed by Snapfish they were flat, dark blurred and pixellated. Usually I print through Kmart Photo and have not had a quality issue with them. Don't bother printing through Snapfish if you actually want your photos to look good.
I contacted customer service and got a refund.

My photography is terrible, yet every time I order a book or canvas from Snapfish I am impressed with how they turn out.
I am very impressed with how they refunded my money so quickly after I did not cancel an order before I reviewed it and reordered 4 more photo books.

Poor quality photos, appear to be printed on cardboard not photo paper. Can not wait for the shops to open so I can print quality photos again. Will be deleting snapfish app.

If i could give zero stars, I would absolutely terrible quality and even worse customer service . I spent $200 on just over 1000 photos that are so pixelated and blurry. The paper itself feels cheap. They won't do anything for me except 200photo credit. Please don't waste your money on them!!!

Ordered ‘Easter’ cards with ‘express post’ to be delivered before Easter - now expected delivery is 15/04. Product now irrelevant and a waste of money. The company have refused a refund.

I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the photos I have waited one week to receive! Oh how I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered! I would most definitely never have wasted my money. I am horrified by what they did with our beautiful photos. They look like something printed off a home printer. I am absolutely furious that I have been conned.

The cover image of my book is visibly and very crooked. I provided an image through to snapfish however it wasn't acceptable. Rather than back and forth I would prefer to warn others. For a book to cost over $50AU and the quality I received is very disappointing. Should have seen the other reviews before using them.

I have used snapfish in the past and they were great but the quality is terrible now. Colours are pale, photos blurry. Save your money go somewhere else. Refund wanted

Terrible quality prints- don’t bother

I printed my wedding g photos and paid full price for larger copies- they were atrocious. Grainy, flecks and not clear at all. I was given a free re-pri t and assured they were quality checked.... still appalling and no different! My photographer was mortified and printed me some from her printer agency. I tried the free 50 for my mobile pics to keep a record - and that’s honestly all they are good for. Never bother with photos of occasion or gifts.

Very poor quality prints!

Prints look grainy and very low quality. I had the same pictures printed at local Kmart and they came out perfectly. I also had to wait over a week to get them.
I wish I had a look at all these negative reviews before ordering. Super annoying.

I did get a photo book printed and the quality was good. But only as good as the quality of the photos you took. So take care when uploading photos. For example, dark photos will come out quite dark so you may need to edit some photos but be sure it does not distort the quality.
