We bought a spacetalk for our 10yr old son for xmas and wanted him to wear it to school and when he is out riding the bike with friends so we can be in touch when needed. We are often stuck in traffic during school pickups and hence its an absolute blessing having this on his wrist so we can be in touch constantly. Recently the school said no smartwatches allowed for understandable reasons, but we spoke to the principal explaining the watch has “school mode” which we have setup to make sure our son does not call or text during the school hours and it was enough for the school to approve it. Very happy that someone has designed the watch keeping everything in mind. Thank you Spacetalk!!!

The customer support for SPACETALK were fantastic, kind & helpful. However, the actual product has been a disappointment from the beginning. The watches battery ran out leaving my daughter unable to contact me at the end of school which is the whole point of the watch. Also disappointed in the lack of info (written on bottom of box) on needing a subscription of $6per month to add more than one contact in the phone when it’s written all over the box that mum, dad & grandparents can be contacts by downloading the app-very misleading.
I have since returned the watch & got my money back.

We've had the spacetalk watch for 2 years now and it has been brilliant. Numerous additional features have been added throughout the 2 years making it even better than what we started with! It is far better than a mobile as my daughter can wear it in class and have it set on school mode so it doesn't interfere with her studies. The list of benefits are huge - just look at their website.
Only negative it that it is not waterproof. But it has been splashed with water several times and sprinkled with rain and held up well.
The company is great to deal with, friendly and helpful. I have recommended this watch to others and 6 of our friends have purchased it for their kids and been very happy.

I set up my daughter's phone in school mode, and disabled the sending and receiving of calls and texts during these hours. Yet she can make and receive calls and texts.

It's rubbish.

I spent a lot of time researching smart watches before purchasing. In the end, this one came out tops compared to others because of how they protect their data, quality and primarily how much better their design is (at least my boy thought so!) My little boy loves it and I feel reassured that I can be there when he needs me, win win! Thanks heaps spacetalk. I have recommended you to a number of friends who have since purchased.

This watch has been a game changer for us!! I wanted to buy a phone for my son as he is getting old enough to ride his bike on his own and has been walking our new puppy after school. I'm so glad a friend pointed me to Spacetalk! He is addicted to YouTube videos and I didn't want huge data bills, so the watch was a perfect alternative to getting him a phone. I can trust him to walk the dog around the block knowing I can track them and he can call me if something happens. So so happy with this purchase!!

Santa brought 2 of these watches for Christmas. I can’t tell you how good it feels to know I can contact my girls at any time. We used to have an old mobile phone to use when I ducked out for 10 minutes. That was ok but the feeling I have now is 100% confidence. If anything happens the watch is on them. They don’t have to go and find the mobile. We went for a bike ride the other day and my daughter went out of site, riding too fast. I called her right away and she stopped and waited. It does give children independence and I love that there’s zero games, social media. Just the important stuff. I wish I had thought of this invention. Thanks space talk.

I like this product very interesting and smart technology small and fit easy to wear and nice colour pretty good and also many other watches that can be a good product

We love it! Purchased a year ago online. Our 9 year old son Morgan loves being able to count his steps and text us anytime he needs. The parent app is easy to use and we can see where he is at all times!

I bought this watch as a gift for my kid for Christmas. They love it and it's definitely lived up to its expectation. It's given them independence and some piece of mind for me. We can now keep in contact with them easily and the GPS is very helpful for me to check in. Really loving this product so far and I highly recommend it.

Son got it wet from a hose for a brief moment. Stopped working. Completely disappointed. 9 yr old son distraught that Christmas gift ruined. Got a second one to replace first useless one.
Second one, slight knock screen cracked. No use for active watch if you you can’t be active with it. So now have 2 broken watches and $600 spent

I love the watch but unfortunately we have sent it away 3 times for cracked plastic housing on the watch, I think for a child it needs to be much more durable!! My daughter is 10 and certainly isn’t rough with it but just seems to keep breaking which I’m very disappointed with for the price I paid for it!!

Can not count the issues I have had within a couple of months, but watch band breaking (and have to send back for technician to replace so can't do it at home), low battery life (lasting not even until end of school day), not updating tracking location (main reason for purchase) - need I go on... So watch gets replaced with someone else's returned watch, not a new product. Issues continue. Constantly re-pairing watch to app etc etc. Extremely disappointing.

Gave watch to daughter for Xmas yesterday. Was on charge all night and it indicates 100% charge at 7am, by 9am battery showing 15%

Not only has this product been a life saver for our family of 5 children with various pick ups and co-curricular activities, but when we accidentally tore a band, the process for getting it fixed was stress free and so easy. They were so professional and stayed in contact with us the entire time so we knew what was happening, they fixed the watch quickly and without problems at all. No fuss. Fantastic product with heaps of positive features (school mode, rewards, alarms, only family members numbers to call and message etc) without the stress of unnecessary features (social media, unknown numbers calling/ messaging, etc). Honestly could not recommend this product and the team behind it highly enough.
