I had an enquiry regarding the return of an item. Wait time on the phone was 20 minutes, not once but on 2 different occasions. This is not service but apathy.

Great service

I bought a faux leather ottoman on line and found it really nice quality. It did slide somewhat on my carpeted floor so i added some recycled small feet now it is perfect. Delivery was in good time as it always is when i buy online. Thank you

I just had a look at the feedback and am surprised at how negative it has been for some people. I have ordered online on three separate occasions and have nothing but positive praise. On each occasion i got what was ordered in a timely manned, as ordered and in perfect condition. No complaints from me.

I have experienced my worst online purchase yet in dealing with Spotlight. Items were sent from all different locations - some incorrect which were eventually replaced. One item - a washer value $5-6 was collected from my home by a courier for return. How much did that all cost - absolutely unbelievable - just one more item to add to the experience. Also customer service needs a much more attention. My one and only attempt at purchasing at Spotlight online

Terribly poor ability to meet delivery

29/9 ordered products; received part of shipment within stated 3 - 7days. 10 phone calls later and over 30 days later they still cannot get their act together. Told initially it was on its way; then it had been delivered. When pushed they requested the warehouse provide proof of delivery; oops- still in warehouse. Confirmed it would be delivered 1/11 - the team can't even track where it is - disgusting disgusting - I've been a customer for years in store - doubt I will ever use the online service again. Extremely annoyed - the worst experience I've had in a long time.

Faulty fabric is an excuse already used on a neighbour for a delay. To take the final
payment weeks out from delivery and then postpone a further ten days is not professional.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering online. The email stated 2-5 days for standard delivery. 14 days later and I’m still waiting for over $300 worth of material. Their ‘customer care’ has been the worst I have ever experienced. They are unwilling to problem solve or provide adequate responses. I won’t be ordering online from them again. My advice: read the reviews and see the patterns, if I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered curtains that were in-stock but when i didn't receive them I phoned the customer care number only to be told they had no idea what was happening with my order nor could they tell me when I would receive it. Asked to speak to a manager only to be told no one was available. Told sorry and that was it.

Purchased blinds in-store and decided to get more as the quality was amazing unfortunately they were a clearance line and didn't have any more so I jumped on-line and using the packaging I had from my in-store purchase I jumped on-line and found the blinds. One came the same as the others and the rest were the same colour but poor quality using different working parts and less warranty.

You Speak to FIJI when calling customer Service, they haven't a clue what's going on

tried calling to cancel an order within 30 mins as I was really unsure about the colour, apparently you speak to FIJI when you call up, they don't know an email address for Australia, they don't know a contact number for Australia, they don't have a team leader available to speak to, they literally just get you off the line with no resolve what so ever., very poor service, know not to order online again!

I ordered 14 bags of bean bag beans but still haven't received them yet! They said I needed to pick them up from a post office not even in my area although I paid for postage. How am I supposed to fit them all in my car??? Who knows where they are now even though I contacted them twice asking where my order is. Not good enough:(

I was renovating a home and ordered curtains for all the windows separately in their individual measurements. It had been 30 days from date of purchase until I was ready to hang them. Instead of receiving a curtain for each window I got 2 curtains. The total of all the measurements of the curtains was 23.3 metres. The 2 curtains I received were 3.3M and 13.7M which equals 17M total. I was 2 days over their return policy deadline and they declined to help me at all. Not only was I ripped off on the total measurement that I ordered but even the 3.3M was not a length that I ordered. Shipping took 2 weeks. Beware.

Disappointed in the online ordering processes

Ordered an item I needed for a costume online, as there was none available at any local stores. I threw in a cheap paintbrush too as an impulse purchase. The item I needed was cancelled and the paintbrush sent separate with no communication. I am aware they they do split shipments though it would have been nice if they had contacted me so I could cancel the whole order, especially as the postage cost more than double the amount of the paintbrush. However, after I followed up with them, they did refund me the postage amount.

Shocking Customer Service

Ordered 2 items that went together - one shipped and then told the other one was cancelled. No communication - tried to follow up issue with spotlight who said nothing can be done, asked to speak to the manager - however they weren’t even able to do that! Absolutely terrible!!!

I bought a Koo quilted cover from the online store and thought I had received it in the post today only to discover when I got the parcel it was not what I ordered, what came was a garment rack, a bit different than what I ordered. I tried the customer care number it took nearly 15 minutes for them to answer. When they did answer eventually they said it would take another 3-5 business days to do the order, then another 3-5 days business days to arrive. I am very unhappy with Spotlight online, makes me doubt whether I would order online again.

Majority of my order has sat for two weeks awaiting collection from dispatch by their courier service. I've made phone and email enquiries but there doesn't seem to be much urgency in the follow up being told twice now "we'll send an email and let you know when we have an update". I would have been much for satisfied to be told they would ring me back today with an update regardless of the outcome. Poor customer service in my opinion. First time ordering with Spotlight online, would think twice before doing so again.
