My 4 year old loves his new trampoline. Everything is excellent quality.
However
The step is weirdly designed, comes apart.
Paint comes off trampoline legs as soon as you drag the trampoline around.

You truly stand behind your products, I knew I made the right decision by investing in Springfree. Our replacement trampoline was installed this morning and I have to say what a refreshing experience it was to deal with Springfree. From the initial warranty claim to delivery of the reduced price replacement trampoline was just under two weeks, amazing at this very busy time of the year. Everyone I spoke to along the way was so very helpful and cheerful. Your customer service was outstanding. Our 10 and 13 year old girls are happily back jumping.

Don't buy Springfree trampoline accessories unless you want to waste your money! We bought a sunshade apparently designed for our trampoline model but it is significantly smaller than the trampoline and does not provide the sun protection needed. We tried to swap it for the next size up or get a refund as we put it on, but took it straight back off and still have the original packaging. We even went to one of the Springfree shops, but they refused to do anything. So now we are stuck with a sunshade that does not serve its purpose and have wasted a significant amount of money.

If the trampoline wouldn’t keep breaking I would love to give it a 5 star. Our rods continuously pop out. We paid to have it installed and this still happened. They replaced the rods and it has just happened again!

We got this for my daughters 3 & 5 and they jump for hours! Its so safe and sturdy im so glad i didnt get s cheaper option! The best trampolind

My boys have a lot of energy and they love this trampoline for burning some of that off during the day. Their friends also comment on how bouncy it is compared to other trampolines. Very happy customer.

This is perfect for our small yard. It's a good size to move easily on the lawn and it's been going strong for 5 years! I highly recommend this trampoline for the quality and size.

Quick delivery, great product which included easy to follow instructions. Trampoline was easy enough to put together. Didn’t need extra tools other than the ones provided. The kids love it.

8 years and still going strong! Our daughter was just a toddler when we brought our first springfee trampoline. She and her younger brother use it everyday. It is in the backyard exposed to the elements and the only reason we want to replece it is because the kids keep growing. The thing I like that maybe gets overlooked about these trampolines is that they are not just safe, fun and well made but silent. The old spring ones would be creaking and squeaking on every bounce. Not the springfree. We are upgrading to a large oval one just in time for the school holidays

We purchased our compact round trampoline in 2011 and it has provided years of enjoyment. Unless it has been raining, it has been used on a daily basis. The time has come to upgrade to a larger model and we couldn't be happier with the way we have been treated by the Springfree team as a returning customer. We're looking forward to many more fun times on our new medium oval trampoline.

We’ve had a springfree that we bought from a friend (who were upsizing!) and it has been the BEST thing that we are sold for life! We’ve just updated it after moving house with a new net (we were a bit rough in our move!). Highly recommend this brand of trampoline. In time we will save to buy a bigger spring free!

Getting a Springfree trampoline was the best thing we ever did for our family. The size is perfect for smaller yards, but still big enough for kids to have a good play on. Easy to access parts when they need to be changed, and set up is no hassle at all!

We have had our trampoline for approx 10 years, it has been a great investment. All three of our children have gotten years of enjoyment out of it. I have just ordered a new mat (yes 10yrs on) and a few years ago replaced the covers on the rods that support the net and mat. Every dealing with Springfree has been seamless, professional and prompt. Cannot fault the trampoline or the company. Well done Springfree!

Absolutely love the trampoline. My son loves it and great with size. I'm in love with the 10year warranty and all the help from customer service. I highly recommend it. I bought one because my friend has one and my son absolutely loves it when ever he is there. It's the perfect birthday present and great timing for delivery and set up.

This trampoline has been a heaven send with 3 kids bouncing on it for 10 years and still going strong. Best of all, I feel they are safe as long as they bounce one-at-a-time. Such a good place to exercise, breathe some fresh air and have fun. Even the chooks love it - keeps the ground shady and the grass growing, and grubs in the soil!

I contacted Springfree to source some spare parts for our trampoline (trampoline is 6 years old and the only reason we need spare parts is our fault!) . The customer service was excellent, informative & easy to purchase replacement parts. It certainly makes buying one of these trampolines worth it. The kids will be very happy to have their trampoline back again!

The trampoline has been a wonderful addition to our boys outdoor activities. It has been moved numerous times and still has remained sturdy. The only flaw would be after 4 years the netting had started to get holes in it and the replacement is a little pricey but otherwise I can’t fault it.

July 2nd 2018 Update: Great service for spare parts replacement

We misplaced one of the mat rods on moving and replacement of the part was easy and cost effective. We were able to purchase one rod instead of an entire set, the only downside was the cost of postage is rather expensive. But otherwise I can’t fault the service at all.

The trampoline is amazing. It’s super sturdy and the kids love it. We will have this for many years as the quality of this trapoling is great.
