Having 2 boys with special needs we needed something that was not only going to ‘do the job’ due to their sensory issues but something that was going to last, with this product we have.

We got our large square spring free almost 7 years ago . Our family of 5 ( and countless family and friends) have had a ball on it ever since . We have needed to change the net, mat and some rods recently, but, given the amount of use it has had, this is expected . In fact, given the amount of use and that it sits in the sun/rain etc. All the time, it has worn remarkably well . The addition of the basketball net has added to the fun .

Springfree has been the best choice. After trying other trampolines when our kids were little that only lasted a year or two before mats/nets disintegrated, Springfree has been the only one to last so well...over 7 years and just starting to show some tears in the net and wear in the mat! We have ‘adult’ friends even who can’t get over how bouncy and smooth it feels to jump on...so much fun! I know the kids (now older) have been safe and are still having so much fun. They are teenagers and still use the trampoline heaps. The accessories are very cool as well! Also we experience very strong winds. Others have had their trampolines blown up our hill, but our Springfree stays grounded!

We bought our first spring free trampoline as soon as our first son could walk and now our daughter loves bouncing on the springfree trampoline for they feel safe and are able to bounce as high as they can. Then when thought they had lost interest we bought the hoop and ball which has given the trampoline a new lease of life. We are now upgrading to the largest jumbo square due to a change in property that permits its size and the kids can’t wait to use the new game Togoma under the new shade cover!

I bought a new s113 and spent over 2 grand on a stupid trampoline, whatever it's safe and fun and has great bounce except for the fact that within a year the rod sleeves all got damaged by the sun and are chipping away, so I get in tough with springfree which was not easy at all, they say a new sleeve kit is 60 dollars, sure fine, but then when they want me to pay 85 dollars for shipping I told them off. Be aware if you buy one of these the cost of ownership is almost as much as a new standard trampoline annually just to keep it in good shape. No regrets on buying it but severely disappointed in the costumer service and the cost of shipping guy.

After 2-3 years we had to replace the mat at our cost. After 6 years the frame is rusted through and snapped. This has been replace under warranty but took over 2 months for them to organise. In hind site I would not have purchased this unsuitable product. When you pay $1700 for a trampoline you expect a minimum of 10 years with no faults

This is our second Springfree Trampoline and both have failed in the stitching on the matt where the children climb in and out. The same has happened with the net at this spot. I would have thought better of this product, but with the second failing the same way it is obviously a fault. we are struggling to find another $800 to replace these.

I thought that by spending $2500 on a trampoline, it would be built to last. While that maybe true for the steel frame, the mat itself looks horrible after only a few years.

The yellow banding that goes around it has become brittle and dry, and when it gets wet it is the consistency of a paper towel and is sloughing off.

Shame on Springfree for not using a material that would last at least as long as the mat itself without fading or cracking. My options at this time are to fork out $350 for an entirely new mat just because the banding is coming apart or to have this eyesore in my yard.

The parts shouldn't be nearly as expensive as they are, nor should you have to replace them as often as you do for the money spent.
