Medium Round R79

I'm considering purchasing the spring free brand in either the round medium or the medium oval. Are they worth the money or should I purchase an OZ trampoline for $700 brand new? All feed back would be appreciated.

We just bought one, and wish we didn't! Their customer service is absolutely appalling-rude, inflexible bullies, and apparently their lack of support continues down the track when you have maintenance issues. Definitely look at purchasing any other brand-there are many good quality trampolines out there that are far cheaper, and will give you far less headaches. Good luck!

Hi Kelly. I believe they are overpriced. Ours looked fantastic new and worked well over 6 months or more. However I have an autistic son who gave it one hell of a work out. In other words if it's not going to get much use it should be ok, but to be quite frank there are other tramps out there which you could replace 3 times over for the same price as a springfree. I hear Mr Trampaline on Dandenong Road is well worth a visit. He supplies the same tramps as used in centres such as 'Bounce' where tramps are used 10 hours a day (albeit indoors). We have had the net, numerous rods and the mat replaced and once these have packed in will be going elsewhere. Hope this assists - Dom

Don't have ours yet. But they are an awful and unfair company to deal with. Go elsewhere!

Medium Round R79

Hi. We bought our children the medium oval for Xmas 2015.
It was installed according to instructions and whenever a child bounces, the netting comes off several of the poles.
It makes the trampoline look cheap and I'm unhappy.
Any solutions? Kellie

Hi there Kellie
For those enclosure rods that are causing some difficulty we recommend taking down the enclosure net to gain access to the pockets.
You will need to take down the enclosure net and lay the enclosure rods on the trampoline mat. Push the rod up into the pocket and past the catch. You will feel some resistance as the ball is pushed through. This may take some force, but rest assured it will be the solution to the problem you are experiencing. Check out step 9 & 10 of this video http://www.springfreetrampoline.com.au/installation/medium-oval-trampoline-new.
Please feel free to contact us on 1800 586 772 if we can be of further assistance.
