I ordered a replacement for my broken fridge shelf. I got the part in 10 daya which is good in current covid 19 environment. The glass shelf was packed really good and arrived safe. I got original part as well. Price was $10 more than another provider but this company had better reviews so i tried this one. I will recommend this company.

A week ago, i ordered front door which part from washing machine that took so long time to arrive. They promised me 4th - 6th will be in stock, but it didn't. In the other side, i need them urgently. They did not replied my email about the refund, i asked for a refund just because i can't wait for a long time. Not only that, i did paid for delivery express i expected it will be arrived very soon. But it didnt. Such a bad service while during phone calls they just dont care. Just waste money and time guys, seriously.

Ordered a part for my washing machine on Tuesday night, arrived on Friday. Company kept me informed of dispatch, tracking etc. The valve didnt exactly match, even though the website said it fits all Electrolux, but handy husband made it fit. Works like a dream. Overall, saved hundreds for dollars, so thank you Statewide Appliance Spares.

Ordered parts almost 3 weeks ago. Followed up with 3 emails and to this day, Statewide have not responded once. No spares and looks like I've lost my money. Buyer beware here.

I ordered the part midmorning on Thursday and the part was delivered at my door step by 12 noon the following day. Never had this type of service from any online store. Very satisfied.

We are very happy to have those spares available in Australia, ours was a little refrigerator shelf. It was a little piece but was important. They had great responses, nothing to complain.

I like how you can enter the model of your appliance and the website comes up with the related parts.

I ordered a tray for my convection oven. It arrived promptly and fit perfectly.

I also found out from this website that a dodgy tradie had charged me $135 for a part that only cost $45. (And he likely provided the wrong part too, but at least now I know how much the right one costs.) But that's another story for another time.

Ordered my part on Wednesday afternoon and the part was delivered by Thursday afternoon prior to the Easter holiday weekend. I was very impressed with their service as I live in Sydney.

Still hadn’t received my order three weeks after ordering. Courier didn’t follow instructions . Wrote to company who said they would follow up & correct. Still nothing. Eventually canceled the order & told that I would be refunded. Still waiting for refund.

Sourced on line a replacement Panasonic remote control from Statewide Appliances. Within a week the parcel arrived, couldn't be happier with the entire process, and more importantly a remote control that now actually works!

Shocking customer service..needed filter for refrigerator and after speaking with technician over the phone, went to collect filter at exactly 12:30 which was store closing time...was not able to provide any service as he had closed up and gave himself an early minute.. he stood there with a smirk on his face shaking his head and saying " we are now closed"..terrible customer service...will never go there again..
