I recently got a replacement sliding patio door handle and managed to damage it when installing it myself. Rang and spoke to Mark A who said bring it back and we will see what we can do. Mark very kindly replaced the bit I broke for no charge. What a legend

The sales team at Stegbar were very professional and assisted me with an installation of a shower screen in a very timely, cost effective and professional manner. From the sales manager to the Screen installer, ALL staff were very friendly and no problem seemed to difficult. I would definitely use their product again.

As an Adelaide carpenter I have been using Stegbar for a long time and have always been reliable and easy to deal with. Cathy and Irene at Unley and Tracy at the factory are always a pleasure to do business with and a great product.

Arranged for a Stegbar shower screen to be delivered and installed today between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Took the time off work (unpaid) to be home. They did not turn up. Rang and was advised that the screen had smashed this morning and that a message had been left on a number that was not mine. Told it will now be another week but they cannot specify a time as “the installer has children!!!!” More financial loss for me to take more time off work next week. Very poor service with no regard for customers.

Seems Stegbar is excellent interstate but not in SA. Attempted to obtain quotes for windows in both of their ranges. They offered a price on a single window in one range but refused to provide pre-sale comparative prices for both ranges, either for single window or the entire contemplated order. Complaint to SA management was to no avail and and to avoid further waste of time we erected two new builds without Stegbar products.
Now on another project we sought a quote for one of their premier doors, provided all the detail but the quote promised for later the same day has never been provided.
If you are considering Stegbar in South Australia, moving interstate may be a reasonable alternative.
