I visited the showroom and had a helpful staff member who said she would arrange for the sales rep to come out and take a look and provide me a quote. Instead I received an email from the sales rep with a quote that didn’t reflect the detailed information we gave them, and the cost was wildly inaccurate as it included the cost of two options together. How were we meant to determine what the individual cost was? No follow up, no phone calls. Wouldn’t waste my time with such unprofessional service.

Was looking for a shower screen handle that hasn’t been made for 10 years and Cathy was able to find one for me, very helpful and friendly, great service.

Excellent service from Cathy when looking for a replacement aluminium sliding door lock mechanism. Although the item was discontinued, Cathy search for, and located the item from the old stock.

Visited the showroom and spoke with Ms Jacquie Wong. She was very knowledgeable of the products and helpful with the process. We have not yet purchased from the company but applaud her service.

Contractor was prompt, polite, efficient and well mannered. All communication and work practices were of high professional standard. Once completed an unexpected problem surfaced and Chris his staff dealt with the problem swiftly and effectively. Would recommend C. Ermes Home Improvement & C. Cotis to any person wishing for Stegbar products to be installed. Completely satisfied customer.

AJ was very helpful with his advice in fixing our problem with the screen door. All up, cost was $35 opposed to a new screen at a cost of $700.

I was served by Cathy and she was very helpful and friendly. needed replacement parts for a shower screen. Renovated about 7 years ago and dealt with Stegbar then as liked their products and I've also used Stegbar for built in robes. recommend them.

Had a brand new home built by a premium boutique builder in Adelaide and since the build have been left with leaking windows in all upstairs bedrooms, with double glazed windows. Any time it rains the water pools on the inside of the windows.
It has taken nearly 9 months for Stegbar to come out and replace the windows to only have the glass and their installers arrive on-site and have the windows be made/cut too big. Original windows during building process made by Stegbar constructed from building plans for new replacement windows from Stegba...
Read morer to arrive at a different size. The windows and constant arrival of rain/water to the inside of the window have caused extensive damage to the window frame and Gyprock of the bedrooms. Once inspected onsite the Stegbar Rep joked these windows must have been 'Monday' windows from the factory, as they had missed steps in the construction process of the windows such as silicon to avoid these issues. I would ask your builder to stay away from Stegbar if this is the quality of their workmanship, TERRIBLE! Response from Stegbar ‘Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us to provide this feedback. We are sorry to hear abut your experience and would like the opportunity to contact you to discuss further. If you could please provide your contact phone number, email address and address the windows are located at to allow us to follow this up with you.‘ That response was 2 months ago, and still to this day have the same windows in the house and no follow up phone call.- Product Quality

The first time I ordered Velux spares over the phone and gave my Mastercard details nothing happened. A week later I followed up to find the order had not been processed. I ordered and paid this time by direct debit. Several days, unproductive emails and unreturned telephone calls later, I was advised that the spares would be delivered a full three weeks after I had paid - despite being assured by Velux that the spares were in stock and ready to ship. Poor or non-existent communications and a belief that it is reasonable for customers to wait three weeks for shipment of spares means that I shall never deal with Stegbar again.

From the person who held the door open for me to the receptionist who was just delightful...genuine warm and helpful, but the person l was there to see was AJ in sales. AJ couldn't have done more. I was after some parts to do a repair on my Stegbar semi frameless shower and I was a bit doubtful I would be able to get anything but AJ sorted it all out, he got the parts; arranged to have 2 extrusions cut to size and offered advice... Great product and a great team

Hi guys,
My sliding and fly screen doors were not installed vertically plumb and I would like to adjust them myself if you could tell me which screw hole in which door does what. The sliding door has 4 holes, two top and two bottom facing direction of travel whereas the fly screen door as two holes top and bottom facing inwards.
