Stegbar SA, Pooraka

Windows don't wind In or out correctly like there threaded. Never will use them again 3 out of 10. Windows look good but don't work, definitely poor quality and craftsmanship.

To be able to get parts for my Stegbar shower screen was hard because so much changes and upgrades AJ looked through a box of bits and was able to supply us with what we needed. Thanks for good service

Having started to paint my home windows I broke several clips holding the wire screens. On approaching the sales people I was advised that if I could bring a clip with me the sales person (AJ) would endeavour to find me some. On arrival I was conducted swiftly to AJ's area and in short time he was serving my needs. He demonstrated exceptional customer service, gave helpful advice and was at all times pleasant.

I was super impressed with my experience at STEGBAR Pooraka. AJ Peirawan was the consultant that helped me with window options. He was patient and helpful with alternative designs and colours and was able to educate me in the considerations for installation. I would recommend this business. It was a pleasant surprise to get wonderful customer service. I hope my product turns out well and on time.

This was not our first purchase from Stegbar and each time AJ was very friendly and professional and the prices are very reasonable for the quality products they produce ... very happy customer.

We have recently had 3 sliding doors manufactured by Stegbar. One stacker door installed in 2018, and 2 standard sliding doors just delivered.
We chose Stegbar for a few reasons:
1. Product features and quality when compared to competitors.
2. They matched the existing trouble-free windows and doors in our house of over 15 years.
3. The personalized service given to us by AJ Peirawan, the local sales representative.

Although the Stegbar products are not the cheapest, the design features and build quality impressed us. For the most recent purchase, we were promised a quick delivery date; and they were delivered ahead of schedule. Can't get better than that!

The door opening on my semi frameless shower screen was positioned near shower head and so water would escape from the small gap between the door opening and the fixed glass..When I went to the Stegbar Pooraka store the person behind the counter was extremely poor in customer service.She couldn't offer me the original plans and seemed really disinterested......Really poor service.Go somewhere else.
