I have been living in this unit for less than a month now and my experience with Strata Choice is quite disappointing so far.

The communal laundry area is practically unusable; only one washing machine and one dryer both of them are old and very dirty. My real estate agent relayed my message to Strata Choice and their response was "
The committee have advised that they will discuss this at the next Annual General Meeting on 18.03.2020"
That's almost one month from today. How am I supposed to manage my laundry until then?

I've been calling and emailing for five days, just wanting to get my air conditioning unit fixed. It's the middle of summer and there's smoke in the air. I think its reasonable to expect a response from your strata manager within 24-48 hours, particularly when its for repair work. Really disappointing service.

The team simply could not answer one question relating to storage cage facilities within a building the company manages. It's been 9 days and still no response. Wow.... Could somebody please help!

I have been a Strata Committee member for our complex for two years and my experience of working with our Strata Manager Lauren of Strata Choice has been exceedingly positive. She is always quick in responding to and addressing issues that arise, forthcoming with helpful suggestions when required and has deep knowledge of the history of our complex as well as statutory requirements. I/we could not have asked for better support for the Strata Committee from a Strata Manager.

Patricia is one of the Strata Managers on a few properties i manage around Lane Cove and has been extremely helpful in every dealing i've had with her. She is prompt in response and action which is getting harder to come by.

Our association with our new strata manager is still in the early stages. Less than four months into the new role, Melanie has chaired our AGM with aplomb, responds to phone calls, emails within 24 hours and has had the initiative to conduct an on site visit to inspect our strata scheme. Well done to her!
We are not used to such professionalism given our rather tortuous experience with our previous strata manager who we likened to rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Henry is our strata manager, and found him to be quick with responding to any concerns. He doesn't dismiss any issues and is proactive in addressing them. So far so good.

The team at Strata Choice at St Leonard’s are nothing but professional, diligent and caring.
They do a fantastic job, follow up promptly and have the best interest for your block at heart.

We had to request a by-law and the time it took was very long, the costs blew well over the quoted costs and the service overall was terrible! We were charged for strata staff 'perusing' emails at solicitor rates of $259ph (our conveyancer instructed us that this NEVER should be the case). We were charged more than once for in-house work (photocopying 360 pages of B/W A4 paper and posting 12 envelopes cost $298.80!!!) With exorbitant fees per annum, we were staggered that reading of emails during this process was a huge added expenditure. Stata Choice is certainly NOT a good choice for anyone who wants quality service, integrity of staff or value for money!

Lauren has been our Strata Manager for a number of years. Her patience, expertise and availability are outstanding. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have her as our Strata Manager and hope Strata Choice recognizes what an asset Lauren is to their business.

Very helpful and friendly. No problem too hard to solve. Good service is hard to find in today's workplace and Gary certainly goes beyond the call of duty. Congratulations Gary!

We worked together with them for quite a few projects, they are professional, and the arrangement is always smooth. Very happy to work with them and I believe they are trying their best to look after all the buildings with the eyes to details. It's a great experience working with their strata managers and building managers team (Gary, you're the hero!).

Due to separation strata choice were informed rates would be late till lawyers sorted things out was happy to pay late fees interest etc. There didn't seem to be an issue with this.
BUT instead very quickly they sent out legal threats and court summons plus costs with only one quarter of strata over due and another a month late prior their lawyers summons, they made sure they pilled on their admin fees to fatten up the claim to try get it over 4k. Due to this, ex partner issued proceedings to sell and I had to spend $18,000 to defend in family court not to sell.
Most disgusting bunch of human beings Ive ever come across in a long time, thank goodness product review can let people know what your business did before engaging your firm.
