Thermostat literally prevents cooking
The thermostat on these products may as well be an off switch. It certainly gets hot enough but once it does it’s like it literally turns the unit off. Selling it on. It is certainly not faulty just extremely slow at cooking anything.
Purchased in July 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$89.00.

The go to brand is now the go in the bin brand
Purchased this for my partner on mothers day. 1 cord, two pans and only one with a lid. My mistake for not reading the box but logically you'd expect 2 cords at least.
Oiled the 'non stick' surface to cook eggs and they stuck first go. Used the old pan for breakfast and didnt have to oil the non stick coating either. Dont waste money shallow frying, cooking steak or stirfrys, the pans dont keep the heat up and the meat stews.

Doesn't get hot enough
Thermostat cuts power so don't bother trying to cook steak unless you want to stew it. Simply just doesn't get hot enough. Obviously the controller as it's the same with both appliances,

Hi Shane, yes this product does have a thermostat so once it reaches the temperature it will not keep heating. If you think it is not heating correctly please return to store of purchase.
I’m not going to waste my time returning a used frypan and have to demonstrate the fault in store. I simply will purchase a different brand. I’ve had a Kambrook for years and never had a problem with the temperature.

Right size with good depth
The frypan is excellent size and easily takes a roast. Good heat control gives great flexibility. Good depth help control spills and spitting. The skillet is great for breakfast. Bacon and eggs with some mushrooms, or sausages, potato cakes, salmon patties the list goes on. Perfect for smaller meals and comes with that great temperature control. Highly recommend.

dangerous product. consumer beware
Non stick peeling off after warranty ran out
Glass lid exploded cooking dinner
Very dangerous that the non stick is peeling off on both pans.
The lid exploding was a shock and we were lucky nobody was nearby.
Tea was ruined and so is my trust in buying any sunbeam product ever again
