Hi elle,
I don't have the depth of the pie but I can tell you the pastry base is 122mm in total and the top is 104mm across.

Sunbeam pie maker not heating up. I noticed green light was on but the pie maker didn't cook. Previously working fine so disappointing this time. Any ideas?
