the worst would not recommend to anyone

- Blaming banks for a 3-day wait. Rude woman on phone stated transfer was made that morning (on the third day) instead of the actual day of approval.
- Woman stated I (me) should know how it works because I have had ‘like 4 loans’ with them before. Which I have not!
- Complaints team is a man sitting right next to the rude woman!
- Stated I dont want the money ! They said again, the money was transferred that morning. I said I will return it and pay NO FEE’s. They told me If its not returned by cob then I will incur the fees!
It wont matter if its there or not, that is my time limit!
- Calls aren’t recorded during complaints, they will not read the notes on your record, and they will not even apologise

I recently hard a small loan with sunshine loan and to my surprise I can not believed that such company exist where in they ripped people off. oing and they said it might have been my bank I call my bank and they said my account can be overdrawn up to $250 and sunshine loan was suppose to be taking less than that amount and i sent up half of my pay to be going into that account every day sunshine loan was suppose to be taking morning from my account they did the same thing yesterday so if they do not repay me back I will take it further I am not satisfied with there approach at all.1 comment

LACK OF UNDERSTANDING
Worst loan place that I have encountered with. In all seriousness, this company does not understand courtesy. I had called prior to the payment of my loan to make an arrangement due to the fact that I didnt have enough money from my pay to cover all my bills for that week. One of the good guys
I've used sunshine loans a few times over the past few years and have never had an issue.
Their fees are laid out clear to see, the approval process is straight forward. Same day funding and the cost of the loan itself is perfectly reasonable.
There are alot of bad actors in this industry but these guys aren't it. Probably the only service of this type of consider using.
Highly recommended.

They dont lend if you have great credit
Dont bother if you have good credit. I have a perfect credit record, still knocked back. Dont bother with them. You just get a no reply sms with no reason why. Im in advance with power, gas etc. Still knocked back.

Was paid in full of $792 - today took more money out of my account
Borrowed $900 and paid back full amount as per contract
Last week on Friday 27th September 2022 I paid the full amount outstanding on my account Which was $792 in which I got told that was the full and final payment
Today 1st October i was paying more bills on line to my surprise, Sunshine loans debited my account again of 2 payments of $54 dollars
I've emailed the situation to no response, transparency is what's needed here, will definitely inform the follow if not resolved

Disappointed!!
Highly disappointed!! I applied for $350 and was declined. I certainly have the capacity to repay however they weren't interested in my business.
I have recently been approved for $8000 car loan and $2000 loan with another reputable company with no dramas at all.
Sunshine will reply and say 'they take lending very seriously' but to be honest I don't think they know what they are doing lol
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Money3 are the way to go.....

responsible lending obligations very seriously. We apply a thorough assessment process to each application we receive. To law stipulates that we do so, and we're happy to comply. And, as per the law, if our assessment shows there is a reasonable possibility such a loan could place an applicant in a position of financial hardship, we must refuse the application. Having other financial obligations certainly factors into that assessment. Once again, we're very sorry to disappoint and possibly even inconvenience you. Great customer service, quick and easy approval with money in your account.
As long as you pay the right amount on time you won't have any problems if you can't afford repayments don't get the loan then complain about not being able to pay it back. It is what it is

No loyalty
Ive been using sunshine loan for a very long time its my 4th time getting a loan and they decline it, specially when i need it the most for a bond i moved place and accept new better job and they decline it didn’t even give me reasons so disappointed got a contact for new job only and every week for the last 5 years money is comming to my account and didnt give me reasons so i can figure out what i can do and mind you i just finish my final payment a day ago and was really hoping to re new my contract!! No loyalty to their costumer at all!!

Should have stuck with CashStop Personal Loans!!
Made the mistake of coming back to these guys having previously used them about 2 years ago (despite earning $200K a year I am a shocking spendthrift, my bad!!) and this is not written because they have refused my application but because the process was arduous, they made me jump through so many hoops and it took a day to come back with a decision. I remember rightly these people despite claiming otherwise are usually overnight . I have no problem whatsoever with any of these type lenders high interest rates, the ones that do it right fulfill a much needed, convenient role. Great prompt service. Very open
Great customer service. Prompt decision and funding. All fees laid out up front . Just read contracts thoroughly. Yeah they do charge high fees but I'm guessing that like myself, some borrowers present a higher risk, so fair is fair. Would happily use again if in a pickle.

Great service, slow on funding
They processed the loan promptly and are great at sorting problems out with their automate systems. A little slow on the initial funding but overall a good lender and would definitely use them again if needed.

I have applied for a 1000 loan and it got approved quickly and was around 2pm WA time which is 4pm QLD time.. Then I got a sms saying the funds had been sent to my account and would receive before 5pm WA time. I'm writing this at 632pm WA time and there are no funds in my account...I've double checked the contract with my account details and they were correct but no funds? I've rang my bank to see if anything was waiting to clear and they told me nothing was apparent ... will I ever receive my money? Does this happen often? I'm worried they've sent the funds to the wrong account or gotten a number wrong on there processing end... either way no1 funds yet and was promised before 5pm. It's now 635pm and nothing! Please get back to me as I've attempted to call and email support and nothing...
