They have always been very helpful and professional in their advise and support. Sound dividens and investment savvy. Good Superanuation body . They look after you and guide you when needed to make the right choices.

When iv called in all occasions I have been satisfied at the end. I have been with Sunsuper for around five years and very happy at how things are going.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for about 3 months. I have been using the ATO portal but it does not let me submit my application. Everytime I ask for help to sunsuper by email (because I live in other country now) they don't help at all. Very disappointing.

They like to prevent dying people from accessing their super. I need to have 30 words so let's describe some more. Scum, dodgy, stupid, A-holes, liars, cheats, lazy, bullies, horrible people

After two failed online attempts on the Sunsuper website, I asked to be called and a very delightful lady helped me with the process of setting up a transition to retirement account. It was only yesterday that I got help!

I've been with sunsuper for years and I'd have to say......Don't get injured and if you do and the claim comes they will help guide with claim. Don't just get a lawyer it may cost money but will save you drama and a headache. Not impressed and contradict on some document questions.
