Force to lodge VCAT Dispute
Please stay away from this place! The first scheduled move I was not told until 30 mins before they were meant to arrive they weren't coming due to an injured staff member - when I asked why they do not have back ups, the receptionist said 'it's the weekend and people have lives'. All other movers I contacted were fully booked so regrettably I had to reschedule with them for a few days later.

After a week of not hearing anything back, chasing up the insurance forms and endless phone calls, again with Neil saying he would sort it, I was told that they would transfer me the cost, and book in the repair - I still have not heard back. I am now taking this matter to VCAT and reading the below feedback it seems like it is a reoccurring theme with this company. The prices may seem cheap, but will cost you more in the long run! Really reasonably priced and professional. Came and took everything away and will bring it all back to my new place in a few weeks! Great price too.

Use at your risk.
It may look cheap while getting the quote but you end up paying way more than what is quoted. Not sure where to start...Did not show-up on time, no proper communication, mishandled the goods, damaged but did not take responsibility,damaged the floor while dragging the furniture, increased the price on the second month without informing the list goes on. NEVER using them again.
