I have left messages/messages for all of my so called Team in Superdraft and zero responses.
My project brief which was agreed was 3-4 weeks,it has been 8 weeks and finally done.

Now they have completed the drafting I am waiting days to get my drawings in the format which my structural engineer requires. Very simple task. to open my drawings and save them in AUTOCAD format.

Would I recommend them to anyone. NO.

We engaged Superdraft to create a concept design to extend and modernise an original 60s house. Ced and team did a great job meeting the design brief. They have created a very modern house which meets all design and local market requirements. This has been confirmed through positive feedback from local agents. The team has been extremely helpful and accommodating.

Very satisfied with the service Superdraft provided. Superdraft took on my project when others would not. Designer, Jesus, was approachable, available & effective. Customer service from the entire team was great. My project outcome was a complete success. Big thanks to Jesus & the team.

I had to cancel my project with Superdraft even so the team was very professional and helpful and the refund was not a problem Im happy to recommend them cheers

This system of communicating really fitted in with our time poor lives. Everything virtual. Gilbert was a great draftsman. He took our plans virtual and we could interact and make changes on the spot in a quick video call. He responded quickly to our questions and provided valuable insight in DA requirements.

I have been very happy with Lisa but not with my draftsman as he took so long getting my plans sorted. Lisa was assisting me through the process through this difficult and frustrating time.

The prompt service has been great, and the people Ive spoken to have been professional and helpful.
Micheal began from a rough plan that I had been contemplating for a while - he has turned it into what will be a very special small home. His comments and suggestions have helped see my floor plan develop.
Owing to some outside events, we are sitting on the plans until I can take the next step but nothing has been a problem. Thank you to everyone for helping me take these first steps. I am genuinely delighted and will happily recommend Superdraft to anyone

I didn't realise when I first started chatting to Sam, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me (first time doing something like this) that this was just one of my soon-to-be-assigned team at Superdraft; I was impressed with how well-organised Superdraft was, and how well looked-after we were as clients. It was clearly the right choice (I had contacted several others to get quotes for the job): the team at Superdraft were knowledgeable, efficient and had all the connections I needed to see my project from start to finish.

I was looking for a drafter to create architectural plans for my simple renovation, and my friend recommended Superdraft to me. I got quick response when I contacted them online. They asked what I needed and gave me a reasonable quote. Once I accepted the quote and paid the deposit, a designer contacted me immediately and came to my home for measurements in the same day. The designer is nice, he completed the drawings in a few days and helped me for other additional request for my application. The overall experience with Superdraft was awesome.

Superdraft have been very approachable. We were not satisfied with the designer who showed up intially. When I spoke to Toby about this, he immediately assigned a new designer, no questions asked.

Nick the new designer was very knowledgeable, confident and answered all our questions patiently.

Great customer service overall, will definitely work with them in the future.
