Went in last Tuesday for rear shocks they didn't have any in stock at the deception bay store and advised there would be roughly a week wait, imagine my surprise I get a phone call Wednesday morning to say my shocks where in stock. They had them delivered from there burpengary shop to deception bay shop over night. i can't fault there service or the quality of there products. Thanks again guys you got me out of a jam with this defect crap.

Ive installed the Superior brand remote reservoir lift kit on my BT50 and its completely changed the cars offroad abilities and still handles awesome on road. Gear is super solid and has handled the toughest of tracks, Highly recommend. Bought a upper and lower control arms plus pan hard rod for 100 series. Awesome quality, well made. Postage could have been a little quicker. They welded on special brackets for ABS loom at no charge. Recently ordered IFS diff drop, arrived bent, courier was Direct Freight (DF). I have never received goods which haven't been damaged by direct freight, EVER!. No problem, sent another straight away via Aust Post and arranged the return of damaged one. Very easy to deal with.

Bought an EFS Lift kit online and 2 weeks later was told they didn't have the parts so they traded some of the EFS gear for Superior Engineering gear, after paying for shipping and been told they would drop it at the post office if no one was home I received a call saying I had to pick it up myself.

Still waiting!!!!!! A company who gives incorrect false information and merchandise still hasn't arrived.
Excuses after excuses
Won't be ordering from them anytime soon. Payment made date of order.
