Bought a pan 6 months ago. Was lovely but now everything is sticking. All l bought it for was to make a pancake each morning for my breakfast. Not used on high heat and only used the recommended utensils. Wiped out with paper towel and damp cloth only. Waste of money and no different to the cheaper

Purchased a Swiss Diamond Induction XD Frypan 28cm, hoping to last a long time. Worked well for about 1 year and then non stick failed. Was always very careful with temperature and washing, but obviously not careful enough. The product is definitely not suited to me, I can't warrant paying any more attention to looking after a kitchen utensil.

About 1 year ago I went to Victoria's Basement to purchase a couple of c ceramic pans. I liked the idea of ceramic because they have nonstick, easy to clean & robust qualities. Unfortunately I was talked into purchasing Swiss Diamond nonstick pans. I was warned not to use spray oils on these because it damages the nonstick surface. As careful as I am with these very expensive pans the 'bullet proof' surface has all but vanished. The nonstick performance was never outstanding, but now it's nonexistent. Now I'm left with expensive, heavy slow heating junk. I would NOT recommend this brand.

Purchased won at Victoria's basement Artarmon. 1st try fail. Scanpan works fine. Returned to seller refused refund. Had to send back to wholesaler to test. They claim that item miraculously works but wait, we'll give a refund. Now this retailer doesn't refund if the product works right, yet they agree to refund. What does that say? Keep away from the retailer due to questionable business procedures 2/ keep well away from the product!
