Avoid at all cost
Worked fine for a few months and now you cant cook anything without it sticking to the pan. its sticky to touch even after cleaning. after reading all the other reviews, I am not sure its even worth chasing warranty.
Purchased in October 2021 at House for A$200.00.

Doesn't last
Less than 12 months old.. no longer non stick. Submitted warranty claim, followed up 3 weeks later. had to submit again. they came back and denied claim due to pan being exposed to excessive heat. we cook on a gas stove. always cared for well. unsure how a frypan being exposed to heat voids warranty claim. Will not buy again
Purchased in June 2021.

Overpriced junk - worse than the $15 Aldi version
Bought the most expensive Saute Pan I could find being the Swiss Diamond ceramic coated unit. This was a gift for my wife who does most of the cooking. When we first got it, it was great - but within 6-8 months food would stick. We had been very careful not to overheat and follow the instructions for cleaning from new. After trying several times to contact them, they finally came back and just said give it an extra good clean with gumption - this would make it good for a few goes, then it would stick again. Tried to claim warranty, but the...Read more
y refused claiming we had overheated it. We were more careful than we had been with other brands that lasted years - our Anolon was good for almost 10 years - even the cheapy from Aldi is way better. There are so many websites out their claiming the Swiss Diamond is the best - but I bet they never do a long term review over 12+ months. $500 piece of junk! Never, ever again Swiss Diamond...EVER!Purchased in February 2021 for A$500.00.

Works well if you don't apply heat to it
So I have the same story as pretty much everyone else here.
We bought the non stick pan, and after a while, everything started to stick to it. I contacted their warranty people, and got the usual spiel:
"Too much heat"
"You're using it wrong"
"It's not a defective product"
I can assure you all that we used the pan properly, much like everyone else here has. Frankly, if a pan can't function when heat is applied, it's clearly a defective product.
I only gave one star, because you can't give 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
Purchased at eBay for A$130.00.

Extremely disappointing.
I bought a 30cm frying pan on the recommendation of the assistant at Robins Kitchen. I wanted a good quality NON STICK pan which was safe to use and would last. I have persevered with this pan for 6 months now. Have followed the care instructions to the letter. Have only used on the ccoktop and washed by hand. Worked okay for the first month or so. Now everything sticks and is very difficult to remove. What a waste of $99. Pity I didn't read the reviews before listening to the sales assistant. I will go back to the Target $20 version.
Purchased in July 2021 at Robins Kitchen for A$99.00.

EXPENSIVE RUBBISH
Bought a pan 6 months ago. Was lovely but now everything is sticking. All l bought it for was to make a pancake each morning for my breakfast. Not used on high heat and only used the recommended utensils. Wiped out with paper towel and damp cloth only. Waste of money and no different to the cheaper

Easier to burn your money
This fry pan is AWFUL. The first 2-3 times using it was great.... Since then everything sticks to the pan and ruins meals. I followed all instructions pre use - wash, heat and oil. It made no difference.
Swapped it out at Robin's kitchen as the staff convinced me it never happens. The second pan has done the exact same thing. The staff have tried to blame it on cooking temperature and now won't refund due to me misplacing the receipt.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Purchased in April 2021 at Robins Kitchen for A$180.00.

Waste of money!
Bought their 32cm wok which is almost $250 on sale. Within a year it developed these little spots/dents on the bottom and started to almost ‘rust’. Never again! Just because it’s expensive, doesn’t mean it’s good.

Terrible
Paid nearly $200 on special. Within 1 month the bottom of the frypan was uncleanable! Took it back to Peters of Kensington and the salesman said ‘terrible, never seen anything like it’ they sent it to Swiss Diamond rep and said it was overheated. Rubbish it was just used on a cooktop maybe 15 times! Forget customer service ... will never use Swiss Diamond or Peters of Kensington again.

Utter rubish
Claims to have a hard wearing nonstick cooking surface, actually just like teflon only doesn't last as long. Pan was used for stovetop slow cooking and the lining is bubbling and disintegrating within 8 months of occasional use.
If this product is actually made in switzerland then the swiss should stick to the banking and finance sectors

Warranty is worthless
We've had their small (25cm) crepe pan for <3 years. The pan has ALWAYS been used strictly in accordance with Swiss Diamond's instructions in their warranty documentation. For the past 12 months or so the pan has lost all non-stick capability. Swiss Diamond refuse to honour their warranty, claiming the pan has been overheated and incorrect oils used. This is utterly untrue. So basically it is my word vs theirs. There is no way of proving I have used the pan strictly according with Swiss Diamond's requirements and they flatly refuse to hon...Read more
our the warranty. Do not buy this product and expect the warranty to be honoured. They will lie to avoid their responsibilities. Know what you're getting is a pan that will probably last ~12 months then be a throw away.Purchased in January 2021.

Never met my expectations for the price
When I bought this I was of the impression that it was:
*non stick
*little need for oil
Yet I used a little oil and treated with care, and still it was a completely useless product within about a year.
Everything gets stuck and I spend ages cleaning the surface no matter what I cooked (eggs/meat/chicken).
I thought it was my inexperience, but reading the other reviews and having used much, much cheaper cookware since then I've realised it wasn't my fault or because of temperature control.
Don't waste your money.

Terrible and consistent with other reviews here
Heavy pan. Was told it was one of the best pans out there. I took very good care of it but the non-stick was totally gone after 2 years. I thought it was me being a bad cook until I used my friends cookware and everything came out great. Don’t waste your money! It’s trash!

I love these
I have been using the same pans for 10 years or so. These are the only ones that have lasted. I have tried many other expensive brands but nothing has matched these. I recommend them. Warning..i was told not to heat them too hot, as any non stick cookware, and have looked after them.

Very disappointed,
I bought at first 2 Swiss diamond fry pans after being told they were the very best you can buy, shortly afterwards, within a year they both lost their non stick coating, I complained to the shop I purchased them from only to be told that I must of had too high heat under them. Well I bought another and gave them a second chance but the same thing happened. I care for my cookware to the instructions due to expense and wanting them to last a long time. Warning,,,,,, don’t waste your money on this brand

Swiss Diamond Big Dissapointment
I purchased a small classic swiss diamond pan about 12yrs ago, followed the guides in using it as it cost a bomb.
The coating is fine no bubbling etc but lost its non-stick quality very early-on.
Been sitting in the bottom of the saucepan draw ever since...
It's definitely a great coating cos to get the build-up off the pan the only thing that would get it off, and we tried every gentle way we could, was to use a green scouring pad with a cleaner.. against our better judgement, in desperation it worked. It was back to the original surface, ...Read more

Very gentle with product, but didn't last
Purchased a Swiss Diamond Induction XD Frypan 28cm, hoping to last a long time. Worked well for about 1 year and then non stick failed. Was always very careful with temperature and washing, but obviously not careful enough. The product is definitely not suited to me, I can't warrant paying any more attention to looking after a kitchen utensil.

Best Frypans ever
I bought 3 Swiss Diamond frypans to use on my new induction stove top over 12 months ago and I couldn't be happier. My last two lots of pans were Scan Pan and they didn't retain the non stick feature. I was a bit sceptical at first when I read that you only need hot soapy water to clean them as that seemed to be what ruined the Scan Pans. They clean beautifully with a soft cloth and hot soapy water and I never need to use oil or fat when cooking. The induction top heats very quickly so I don't leave it on the highest setting and everything ...Read more
cooks beautifully. They are a little expensive but there are specials out there if you look for them. I don't think I will ever use anything else. I cook a lot and use at least one every day so if it was going to lose it's non stick feature I'm sure it would have happened before now.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Worst Ever!!!
Purchased the classic fry pan couple years ago. The non-sticky pan only last for a year and became sticky. Took back to the retailer and advised that we are not cleaning this pan properly. Later got the same rubbish letter, saying the overheat crap. I bet they use the same letter to reply to all customers! Apparently it's America brand and Australian legislation could not help much. Worst product and brand ever! The manufacturer does not take any responsibility at all!

My Swiss Diamond Prestige cast casserole has been dreadful. I follow the cooking and cleaning I instructions but most everything I cook burns at the bottom of the pot. I’ve just had to throw out the marmalade I was cooking because it caught so badly on the bottom of the pot the marmalade was burnt. I can’t believe I paid such a high price for such poor quality. I thought cast iron would be tough. Apparently not.

I have a casserole i use frequently and love. I have never used it for jams though. It is probably 10 years old and still as new.
Hi Joan. Thank you got your response. My pot is under 12 months old and now I can’t clean the surface so the pot is now worthless. I am so disappointed with this purchase. Maybe the cookware was better quality 10 years ago. Regards
