I made an appointment around two weeks in advance and was told that I would receive a call the day before the appointment to confirm the precise time of the visit.
Received a call the afternoon before and was advised that I would receive a call from someone to confirm the time.
Called the morning of the appointment and was given the number of the measurer - '[name removed]'.
Called [name removed] to be advised "I can't make it, what about a Saturday?"
Hopeless and unprofessional. Don't be put off by the excellent phone manner of the people at head office.

I had two security screen doors installed for me recently and I am very happy all round. After an abominable run with another very heavily advertised company, I chose to cancel that order and go with Sydney Blinds. Easy check measure, clear and concise re options etc, great communication from the office and the installer, Mick was excellent. 3 weeks from order to install! Doors look great and work well.

Great showroom to pick type and colour for our vertical blinds throughout our home. Fair cost to supply and install. Efficient tradesman, Frank, did the installation with no fuss or problems and on time.
