Phone staff are friendly, responsive and very efficient.
Quote staff are prompt, knowledgeable and very good at their job.
Installation team are very quick and tidy as well.

Sydney Blinds and Screens (Order Number #817310) sent out a professional to quote for our job. He knew his products and was very helpful through-out the quote process. He wanted the job and quoted accordingly. The check measure and install was perfect and once again carried out by professionals who knew their trade. Screen door with doggy door
The staff from Sydney Blinds and Screens were very helpful. The salesman was punctual and knew what he was talking about. He help me make the appropriate decisions about the door. When the time came for installation, I was given a date which didn't suit me, but the staff on the other end of the phone were very helpful in helping me select another date. The installer, Frank on job 817277 was very experienced and had the door in position in no time.
We have used Sydney Blinds and Screens for other products over the years and have always been pleased with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone needing their products.

What an easy process it was dealing with Sydney Blinds and Screens! They were helpful and quick, would thoroughly recommend. I had Alsafe (their alternative to Crimsafe) installed for the bedrooms- very happy with how they look- can't tell the difference with the crimsafe already installed.

Very bad experience !!
I am totally disappointed with Sydney Blinds response (none) to the fact that they have delivered and installed an awning in a colour that I DID NOT ORDER !! When I noticed that the awning that was about to be installed was NOT what I ordered, I was told by the installer that seeing a new awning would take 4 weeks to make. he would instal the (wrong one) and they would come and replace it when the new one was ready. Your contract states this. You would have seen prior to paying a deposit the name and number only and if you were concerned or needed clarification we would have willingly offered this to you this in writing. Very Happy
Sydney Blinds & Screens did a great job installing our vertical drapes and screen doors. They have an extensive range to choose from compared to other suppliers. Nothing was too much trouble and they even came out to do a quote just before Christmas whereas another company told me to phone back in February. All the staff involved were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend Sydney Blinds & Screens to everyone.

Very happy with Sydney Blinds.
They have done our plantation shutters.
The price was very good, they have delivered and installed the shutters within 6 weeks as previously estimated.
The admin ladies were very helpful and the installer was very friendly and gave us all the info about the maintenance and such.
The shutters look great!
I will probably update this review in a few months after having the shutters for some time. Hopefully everything will be as great as it is now.

Disappointed
Ordered shutters in November - told they would be ready to be installed in week of 7/1/19 (in time for party). Rang SBS 7/1/19 to be told the fitter had gone on leave for three weeks! Now cannot be installed as promised. Very disappointed in fitter [name removed].

Extremely diasappointed
Doors are totally uesless as they have come apart - the installer didn't bother to inform us there was a part missing which is in the warehouse. This is the second visit to the house to rectify the doors and they are still not functioning - extremely disappointed especially now there is a close down period and the doors cannot be fixed until the New Year which is totally unacceptable considering the doors were installed and paid for in full on 28th November.

Excellent service - Sales and installtion
Today Martin Marklund did the installation of screen door and windows mesh screens around 8/9 of them at my daughter townhouse in Marsfield. Martin did a wonderful job to the perfection and I must say that he is a mature and very compassionate installer which is rare characterstic to be found today among the installers. Please pass over my sincere appreciation to Martin for an excellent job done. It was a pleasure to deal with Russell Fehlberg also who is always willing to give good suggestions when you have to make decision regarding doors or blinds etc.

Creative solution for a tricky job
I had a French Doors that I wanted a screen door for. Other companies told me that it wasn't possible due to the way to the French Doors were built. Sydney Blinds and Screens found a solution easily enough enough and Frank installed a fantastic set of sliding screen doors, with no fuss. There was no pressure to buy more expensive products, the focus was on finding the best solution for me. I'd happily seek their services again.

Worst Customer service.
Sales man came out and was abrupt and condescending of other companies. Ended up going with a more expensive company as they were lovely and happy to match the price. Got a phone call from customer service to see how everything was and they could not care less what I had to say.

No, she won't and when (not if) it all goes wrong she won't even return your call. It's no fun having your hard earned money taken, constant problems, stress, rude lying customer service, asking for your money back and being denied, being threatened - even with court - if you don't pay up the other 50%, being frightened to the point where your health is impacted and all because the supplier took your money and never bothers to call again once they have the 50% deposit. Expect to do all the phoning. They take away any trust in human beings. Felt preyed upon. Worst experience with a supplier ever. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere. Make sure you do your research. Good luck. I wouldn't recommend this firm to a worst enemy.
I agree with Sunshine. This company is attrocious. They are by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company in any industry. They are exceptionally rude and deceitful. Save yourself a lot of stress and chasing up by going with another company.
