It is so nice to have a lovely strong door that looks great and will give us the security we need now we are older. Once again your product and service have excelled and we will always continue to use you.

We are return customers after 11years same great service and friendly installers was a pleasure to deal with sydney Blins and Screens the installer said he put in original blinds 11years ago. Highly recommend for quality products.

The excellent service that i received when ordering my replacement blind,and the prompt installment i received when i was told my blind was in store to be fitted.the company arranged to have the blind fitted around my work hours. maria

Great quality product, excellent helpful measure and quote man came out and ran me through the options and price differences. Not so great installer, found him to be abrupt and dismissive. Unfortunately that ruined my Sydney Blinds experience. Not sure if I will use them again.

The installer arrived on time and got to work immediately. Within an hour the installer, Frank, had finished installing these beautiful vertical blinds. They were absolutely beautiful.

Great Service and excellent employee. I recommend this to anyone wanting blinds and screens. The screen door feels like excellent quality and extremely durable and safe. Great product for sure.

I'm 100% satisfied as they are prompt and very professional and would highly recommend Sydney blinds to anyone. The payment option was easy and dealing with staff over the phone was easy.

We visited the showroom in Prospect and were given helpful, friendly customer service. The rep came on time to measure & quote & was very efficient. We had double blinds installed on 6 windows & verticals across sliding doors as well as sliding fly screen doors. Frank, the installer was excellent. This is the second time that I have used this company & I highly recommend them. Their products are well priced and the turn around time was about 2 weeks.

Beware fancy brochures shocking service
6 weeks! Later only one arrives with subcontractor to install (lovely guy not associated with the company). Second set missing. Followed up. Wiring installed on incorrect side. Dismissive customer service "These things happen". Awaiting second set of blinds.
Hole in "Blockout blind".. Oh well these things happen....
Now at 4th attempt to get it right.

Sydney Blinds & Screens are just the most helpful company. From the initial consultation to the installation of their blinds, their service was highly professional & seamless. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Great product quality, excellent and professional customer service and a great turn around time for delivery and instalment. No mess left behind after installation and we were promptly notified when one of our products was damaged in transit - it was replaced at no extra cost to us.

Steve provided a quote, Rod turned up to do the installation. Time taken from quote to installation was 9 days. I was kept informed via text every step of the way. Rod, the installer, was professional, courteous and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with my new security door.

Extremely disappointed with this company...Staff lack required knowledge and when you follow the staff's advice but product produced is actually incorrect due to incorrect measurement by staff and incorrect advice from staff they WILL NOT assist or negotiate a solution.
Measurement of verticals was 0.5cm off and yet am told nothing will be done. I DONT recommend this company what so ever.

Sales staff provide incorrect information
Sales staff measure 5mm shorter - product produced - told by salesman who came to home to "appease" situation that 5mm incorrect measure (by them) in length makes no difference despite us disagreeing to contrary. When advised that saleswoman in office has provided advice that had been followed salesman says -Oh she's relatively new and really doesn't know much - NO ASSISTANCE FROM THIS COMPANY TO RECTIFY THE MESS - they were more interested in criticising the installation of blinds put up by another company 40 years ago!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

This is our 2nd time ordering with Sydney Blinds and Screens, and I was not disappointed, received the same excellent customer service, Derick our sales rep was as usual a perfectionist ensuring the measurements and product was ordered correctly, and Fran the installer was cheerful, clean and a wealth of knowledge. The timber blinds were of the highest quality and I couldn't be happier.

After thoroughly measured all the windows, Steve quoted a very reasonable price and we signed the contract with no hesitation. Frank did a great job. He installed blinds for all the windows. His job is fast and clean. My house looks very nice now. We are very happy and love it. Job No: 847265
