Dropped into Carrum Down today for the Milwaukee Day and was greeted by Steve as I entered the store. He was able to assist me with all my purchases and order in some additional items. Best service I have had in a tool store in years. Highly recommended.

Bought $800 pressure cleaner, first time using it -20 min into a exposed agg' job and 2 plastic rummets blew out of the side and it scattered out oil everywhere and wheel fell off.[name removed] informed no refund policy, wouldn't give even a replacement so had to rush to Coates hire to finish job off. Consumer beware, will be going to consumer affairs regarding this !!

I have had a agp concrete grinder in for repair since sept 2018, I have been told 5 or 6 different stories
as to why it hasn't been repaired .the latest being the guy doing the job has gone on holldays .In the mean time I've had to buy another one .The total time I've used this tool is less than one hour.
