Tebter were the leasing agent for our property in North Melbourne. Communication was diabolical. I had to contact them every month to find out where our rent was. Financial statements had to be chased. Inspections weren't done when required. Bills weren't paid and they tried to make us liable for late fees. We have moved to another agent but they haven't given them the keys, now we need to buy more. I would rather manage my own property than let Tebter near anything I owned. If I could give no stars, I would.

I have had terrible dealings with this real estate agency (Tebter). It’s recently been rebranded as Real Property WA. After a little bit of research I have found out that they could very well be affiliated with Ethan Affordable Housing which allegedly have ripped off both investors and tenants using the NRAS system. So disappointing that agents abuse their powers to hurt both family investors and low income earners. Talk about low. Is it true there may be a class action to get these people some justice?

not satisfied, i need explanation everything how we can meet your standard for applicant the property management Dannielle Fowler in Bendigo. we speak to hear she's not even not good in customer service experience is very poor. we provide everything documents we dont have any bad history as tenant we dont any debt. but some reason every-time we apply tebter unsuccessful with no reason. dont give a explanation. But when we try apply to other agents we get approved easily. i dont understand on how tebter standard.

We are students who met the NRAS eligibility and rented through Tebter in WA (this opearte under various names.). They overcharged us as the NRAS valuation changed but we waited 4 months for them to repay the overcharge. We paid for professional cleaning prior to our exit inspection but were still forced to refund part of our bond for cleaning and fair wear and tear. We were scammed on the water bill. They will not accept complaints and will not answer queries. We had to involve solicitors to get the refund

Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Avoid!!!! Knowingly placed me in an apartment opposite a woman with a mental illness who constantly bangs on the walls and doors 24/7 yelling for me to turn down the music. I don't play music! Contacted Tebter and they couldn't have cared less!
Tebter kept giving out a master key to trades people who had to attend my flat constantly, because of all the problems. Each time that key was used, it reset my lock and locked me out!
Told Tebter the problem. Couldn't care less. Ignored me and kept giving at the same master key.
Only use this agency if you want to be treated like crap then ignored when you complain. Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Avoid!!!!

Sharon in Ballarat is utterly rude and terrible to deal with. She should not be working in this industry if she is not willing to do her job. I’m Not normally one to leave reviews but I strongly suggest staying away from this agency because of her.

As someone who has rented most of my adult life, this is by far ABSOLUTELY the worst real estate agent ever!!! It does not matter how many times you pay your water bill and prove this to them it will just continue to accumulate! Had a rent inspection booked waited all morning just for the property manager not to turn up, no phone call, no apology! I now know of two long term NRAS tenants who have recently moved because of the poor practices by Tebtar. Also went two months without an oven!!!! There is something seriously wrong with this company!!!!

As a landlord I would definitely not recommend Tebter. They are the worst real estate agent I’ve dealt with. I’ve had 5 property managers in one year without even informing me of the changes. They never reply or follow up when I try and contact them and their fees are ridiculously expensive.

They mislead you to believe that the property is far better than actual. They'll say nbn ready when in real you can only sign up to an NBN plan if you pay a one time $300 connection fee which future tenants will get a free ride on you. They'll show you an apartment with a washer and a dryer and tell you all the others on offer are the same, but actually the other apartments only have a dryer.

Terrible service provider to people who are looking to rent homes that are advised by TEBTER. The agents don't turn up to the property even after confirming the house inspection time.
I had booked for two house inspections both we confirmed by me but was cancelled half an hour before the time.
Unacceptable service.
