Best iron ever
I have owned this iron for over 6 years and can’t fault it. I love the freedom of having no cord and the ability to iron quite a lot before it needs a quick 5 second recharge is great. I would never go back to a cordless after using this product.
Purchased in June 2021 at Bing Lee for $89.00.

Ironing can be so much easier
Bought this iron last week because of the cordless function, this is a great invention! Iron without a wire makes everything ten times easier! Only disadvantage i found is the battery, I found it a little confusing to tell if the battery is charged or not. Over all seems to be a good product

Not perfect and efficient as advertised
The iron is not hot enough (creases still there), spend too much time to iron 1 shirt. Keep cleaning all the times but sand/ scales keep coming out (after 1 week after cleaning) of the iron. Very disappointed!!!!
It is still under guarantee. Myers suggested to talk to Tefal company but no luck to keep in contact with them.
One good thing is "cordless"

Superb Appliance for me
I have the iron for almost 2 years now
I am not a frequent user and in saying that, i am a routine user who uses it to iron like 20-30 business shirts, causal and some T-shirts in one go..
Works like a charm and i have not noticed any faults as it irons well and maybe i am a very patience person as i iron while watching the tele so perhaps i am distracted.
It is a cordless iron which consumes huge amount of power and even a Dyson cordless runs for 20 minutes only so i cannot fault the time of 30 seconds to iron before charging for 4 seconds which is pretty darn good..
i love it but of course there is room for improvement. For the price and effort and cordless function, i would buy it again if i needed to.

I wany my money back
Purchased this iron and i have never been so disappointed. The base that clips onto the board takes up too much room. It makes ironing double time as it beeps when its been off the base too long. I advise to go for another iron. One star is even too many stars

Like the idea but technology needs a few more years
I loved the idea of a cordless iron, but unfortunately it doesn't quite get there with the heat and steam. If you are serious about ironing, this is not the iron for you. It is also quite cumbersome to store.

Great Iron!
My old iron blew up so went to Harvey Norman to buy a new one.. bought another brand, took it home and it started smoking so I went back and decided to spend a little more on this one. It heats up super quick. Very easy to use the steam button. Heats and cools for whichever setting you need very quickly. The only negative I have for this iron is the dark coloured plastic body of the iron - it is impossible to see your water as you fill to the line as the colour if the plastic is way too dark - I have overfilled many times because of this and pa...Read more
nicked that even the recharging body has become too wet to use! Easy to use, quick to heat up, love the steam button underneath your finger, good price Dark coloured plastic makes it impossible to see water as your filling - causes overfilling of the tank1 comment

't want to be holding the steam button inside handle on all the time. I will probably give it a try but couldn't see myself being able to do a basket of ironing without getting painful arm.....Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Enjoyable ironing
An iron with no cord to constantly get caught up or tangled. I have been using the Tefal free move iron for 4months and found it to be an excellent performer. There is a cord of course from the cradle to the electrical point, but the iron itself is cord free. The iron heats up extremely quickly and replacing it into the cradle while repositioning the item being ironed it is always then ready to be picked up and continuing pressing. Of course this iron is also a steam iron and is auto cleaning. Four months ago I purchased the iron for $146 from
The Good Guys.
Very efficient, easy to use device

My iron is only flashing orange lights, I have pressed the grey button which normally turns the green light on, however it remains flashing orange and does not hear. If I press the button a few times it may flash green for less than a second before going back to orange. The iron is only a few years old. Any help?

The steam doesn't seem to work, on the settings full steam selection very light steam comes out. Any help?

Let the iron heat up and the steam will work. It only appears to look like it's not. I always hold on to the catch to let the steam out everytime I use the iron. I thought at one point the steam was not working. Found it the hard way by hurting my hands a bit (was fine of course).
Hold it down and press steam after you let the iron heat up.
Trust that helps!
I always depress and hold the "steam on demand" button (under the handle) the whole time that I'm ironing if I want lots of steam. Ensure that you have filled the water tank to maximum before you switch the iron on. Always make sure that the green indicator light stops flashing, otherwise the iron is not hot enough. I found that it takes exactly one minute for my iron to heat up to maximum temperature from cold. And after the iron has been used, it takes 3 seconds to heat up again once I place it on the charger base. I hope that information is useful.
