New tyres with great service but stole my sunglasses from the glove box. When I asked the question as to whether anyone may have removed them I was told 'we don't touch anything'. Lesson learnt don't leave any valuables in your vehicle.

my name is Anthony. I was under the impression that Tempe Tyres are expensive. I needed new tyres so i rang them and the price was a suprise. For Hancook Tyres every place i rang they quoted me $220 each. At Tempe was . . . $140 each. Quite a big difference. So instead of replacing 2 tyres i replaced 4. And the service at the Depot is exceptional. I can say they are the best in Sydney.

Salesman Jose is a great friendly face and very helpful. Also knowledgeable about tyres for your vehicle, he shows the range of options and prices then once the tyres have been selected he shows when they should be rotated and in which direction on the km, draws it out for you and easy to follow so you get the most out of your tread.

walked into the shop and stated talking to Yose, very professional, in the way he conducted him self, very helpful very outgoing in advise, always tried to help.. once i got my mind made up on what i wanted the wait was not to bad, very busy place so things happen, i would recommend to mates and others looking for rims and good tires.

4th time in 2 years for 4 sets of tyres on the boys utes. The ordering process, when you walk in the door, could be sped up / better managed so you can place your order and head off the shops a short walk down the road. Or bring a laptop and work in their café. Nice touch. It's hard to find a better bang for your buck. Maybe another store out west to alleviate the growing popularity. Thanks.

The 2hrs 40mins wait wasn't worth it.
Other places had $100 cash back for the 4 tyres I purchased which they didn't offer so the prices balanced out really but the 2hrs 45mins let them down. Better things to do with my time.
Other issue was they couldn't do the wheel alignment due to front bushes. Serviced my car next day, mechanic said he could have changed my bushes but there wasn't a need to, nothing wrong with them. Had my alignment done next day at Bridgestone with no issues. So, 2hrs45mins, didn't get my alignment which another place had no problems with.
I'll go to my local tyre shop next time.

I was recommended by a friend of mine to go and see Yose at Tempe Tyres, about a new set of rims and tyres. Last weekend of the 19/8/2017, Yose was so helpful he took the time to show me all options and took care of everything once I chose what I wanted. They did the job while I waited and I couldn't be more happy with the rims I got. I also travelled 6 hours to get my rims Yose your the best thanks . A few weeks ago I came in for some new tyres .My sales person yoshi was fantastic, he not only spent the time explaining about the wear and tear of my old tyres, he gave me written information on how to manage and look after my new ones .He explained the waiting time which was great as you have a very busy place .So I will continue always to use your company and I would highly recommend it.Anita ( Sante fe)

I called to enquire about some tyres and spoke to a guy call [name removed], he made drive all the way to the shop and when I got there he wasn't there and the price wasnt the same. I heard they make you go there to make you buy other models more expensive. I don't recommend places where there is no honest in customer service.

Went to the store after checking prices online to buy Michelins for my Golf GTI.. Couldnt go early morn so mid morn and it was busy, took an hour plus to get done. Service was great just go early, great price. New tyres quiet and grippy Michelins compared to my old Dunlop SP Sport.

I highly recommend Tempe Tyres. Staff are wonderful especially Yose, he gave me options of tyres at an affordable price and explained everything I needed to know about Rotating tyres, The rest of the staff very friendly and helpful and don't forget to see beautiful Roza at the coffee shop for a great coffee.

As the traffic jam, I arrived Tempe Tyre 5 minutes after their closing time, but the shop was still open. I asked for changing a new tyre for me, I was driving spare tyre which was dangous to keep driving. The customer service refused even I explained my situation and I could not organise time to come again tomorrow as I am a working mother with kids. on the way to the home, my spare tyre flat again! I agree that I was late, however the customer service is cold!
